Newbie question : Is stretching and pumping for 10-15 minutes each activity okay on a daily basis if jelqing either is not done or is done 2 days on, one day off or should all such PE activities be two days on, one day off?

Sounds like way too much going on for a newbie. I’d recommend that you just stick with the newbie routine, take it slow, don’t use any devices-pumps, clamps, extenders etc. for a few months. Give your penis a chance to get conditioned. A LOT of guys report pretty substantial gains with the newbie routine. Good luck.

I’ve gotten the best results from pumping every other day.

It is always recommended to start with a beginners routine (doesn’t have to be the JP) and continue with it for 90 days or until you stop gaining. Start slowly and build up to the full routine over a few weeks.

Jelq with an erection level between 40 and 70%. Do not grip too tight, just enough to feel blood moving up the shaft. When stretching, grab your shaft about one inch below the glans and do not pull too hard, just enough to feel a slight stretch. Let your PIs be your guide as to how hard to do your exercise. Once conditioned, you can add pumping. I pumped for 20 minutes at 5 hg, twice a day, five days a week.

Don’t forget to take good starting measurements and photos so you have a solid base to compare your gains to.

What kind of pump is the main question, I started with a basic air vac pump as a beginner with my stretches and love it. IMO pumping was used for years for ED and is perfectly safe to start with as long as you use your brain.

Few things id like to point out.

- make sure you get one with a gauge
- keep it under 5-6HG
- only do a few minutes at a clip. 10-15 minutes a day max to start, id skip days here and there to give my skin a break

Ill also mention I stretch but don’t practice jelqing, closest thing I do is Squashes and ULI’s

More Problems

I am having one hell of a time with technical difficulties in this forum.

First , I go to settings and I checked where you share your stats and yet nothing ever appears in my post.

Then I go to put in my latest stats and I hit “save stats” and when I go back, my old stats have taken their place-again.

So, is this just the screwiest site or is it me?

I find it all very confusing and not straightforward at all. And I found nothing in “help” to help me.

It’s like when I have to listen to a recording on the phone for 10 minutes and they never list my problem so nine times out of ten I have to wade through the caca just to talk to a live person.
