Stretching injury?

Stretching injury?

When stretching I feel discomfort in left ligament(I don’t feel pain when not stretching). I have rested two days but today I felt discomfort again.

Should I continue workout carefully or should I make a break(personally I want to continue)?

Anyone had similar issue? How much time you needed for recovery?

Well keep working out if you want it to get worse. Hey the injury section has been quiet so they might like some new company. Now if it was me I would take at least a full 2 weeks off but hey what do I know?

Cmon guys need more thoughts on this :)

Well since you’d rather not listen to me who has been around PE for more than10 years find an answer you like. Pain, discomfort is the body’s way to tell you something is wrong and you need to do something about it. With an injury, any injury, rest is key. You find someone that tells you different let me know.

Well, what can I do.. It’s obvious I need to rest, not happy my 3 weeks of hard work will go to water though :(

Three weeks isn’t long enough to have lasting gains in my opinion. Start back when you’re completely healed and with less intensity/force this time.
