I’m planning on stretching only, as I’m primarily looking for length gains, and I’m focused on safety. How risky would a mild stretching routine be?

It depends on what you consider mild. It shouldn’t pose a problem as long as your conditioned and start slowly. Really slow.

I guess if you start mild stretching everything should be fine after a couple of weeks(6-8) your penis should be very conditioned so you can start a heavier stretch routine, just be careful how you stretch at the beginning and add some kegels to your routine.

What do you consider really slow? I do three sets of 30 sec down, left, and right. Would you consider that safe and gradual?

I understand you asking about time. For me force is more critical.

I’m pulling with pretty mild force. My goal is to be as safe as possible.

Force over time is better, when you a beginner Force should be NO more than mild after a period you could slightly increase your force

Why does EQ improve so much from a small amount of stretching?

Different viewpoints on EQ and stretching. This thread is recent but it’s a regularly spoken on topic. More searching may yield more.


Now: 9" BPEL x 6.25" MSEG as of 11/10/2019 This is my story, a few progress pics of me here, and all my methods.

Then: 6.25" x 4.37" in 8/2009 Are you new to PE? Here's some advice I wish someone had given me when I first started.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

You can’t be scared to PE dude. If so your psychologically already losing and its going to roll over into your routine. Stretch till you feel a nice tug, hold it and repeat. It’s not hard and unless you’re trying to pull your dick like you’re ripping out a light socket you’re not likely going to hurt it. Don’t expect substantial continued gains from a light stretching routine as such.
