Struggling with My Intermediate Manual Routine Need Your Expert Tips
Anyone have a good length manual routine for an intermediate, I have been doing it for around a year now and I want a better routine. I used S2S but it just gets me hard and I’m not sure if that’s supposed to happen. I am not even sure if I am really feeling the stretch I’m supposed to, sometimes I feel it decently but I am unsure if its enough. Can someone please help me
