I asked earlier about lig pops but it seemed that some people said it was good and others said it wasn’t but besides that I would to ask if I am taking to many vitamins?
Here is what I take everyday:
Omega 3 (2)
B12 (1)
Fish Liver Oil (4)
Zinc (1)
Vitamin C (1)
Calcium (1)
Magnesium (1)
Siberian Ginseng (2)
Bee Pollen (2)
And..
Pro Solution (1)
It sounds like alot but I guess this is what is normal to alot of people but I am concerned because I will be starting the Pro Soluion Pills today.
