Hi there just wondering if you think taking a week or a month or anytime off at all increases gains and shocks the penis? Since doing various PE since I was 18 (I’m now 26) I have grown about 1 full inch. I’m finding I’m more consistent then ever as I have been PEing strong every day for the last 3 months which is my longest record of consistency and hours daily ever. I am struggling to make any gains lately and I’m pursuing one more full inch before I will be satisfied. Would or could some time off be beneficial or should I keep at it. I’m using the phallosan forte at the moment but it would be nice to feel like I’m not wearing a chastity belt for once lol.

If you stop gaining for a longer time and also see no increase in BPFSL then you need to change your routine or approach.

Different exercise or more intensity or more time. Or less intensity, more time. Or a deconditioning break.

You have to test it for yourself and most important how your dick reacts. Read about PI ‘s (physical indicators)

Look at all of these threads concerning deconditioning breaks. When you get stuck like you say you are, they are a very good idea.

Use the advanced search and search for deconditioning break in titles only.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

How have you gained man? You have gained without being consistent anyways? Are you just using the phallosan now?

Its been long time I don’t grow too mate….


When conguering a golddigger you need a large bank account, when conquering a dickdigger you need a large tool. When conquering a woman you need a minimum of three things: money, class and yes: dick size. Good news are, you can actually improve in all these three aspects.
