Targeting different Pelvic Floor Muscles?
Hey all,
I’m newish to PE and I have a question about my kegel practice.
I’ve been doing 50+ kegels for 5 second holds 3-5x a week for a few weeks now. Up until yesterday it felt mostly like I was trying to not pass gas or hold my urine. However at one point yesterday, I focused on contracting my IC muscles more than my BC/PC muscles and it produced an entirely different sensation.
I’m a personal trainer and a life long martial artist, so my enteroception is pretty good.
It felt more like the build-up to an orgasm rather than trying to hold my urine. It was even pleasurable. Has anyone else experienced this before and is this the way kegels are supposed to feel? Just trying to see if focusing on those muscles would be a good idea for improving Erection and ejaculation quality,
