Hi reader,

I’m a new user getting used to doing PE on a routine basis.
I’ve started with the newbie routine as one should, but I thought it’d be good if I would use my idle times more effectively.

That’s why I thought the Fowfer would be nice, since I’m sitting in front of my desk (at home, not office of course) for quite a lot of hours a day doing work.
With this method, you stretch your penis towards your cheeks and sit on it, but I have a question regarding this; I do feel kind of awkward asking it but whatever!

Does it matter if your penis goes like on the left or right of your ball sack, or should it be in between the balls? I found the latter to be somewhat uncomfortable.

Left vs. right doesn’t matter.

Between the balls: If it’s uncomfortable, don’t do it. It’s not such a powerful exercise to make it worthwhile doing uncomfortable things.

It doesnt matter - go with what is more comfortable. You may want to consider swapping sides (left side, then right side) to make sure you are getting equal ligament stretch.


Initial: 7” BPEL; 6” NBPEL; 5.25” - 5.5” MEG

Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.

I need to dust off the fowfer. When I first tried it I was inhibited by BPFSL - now that I’ve gained some length, perhaps I can squeeze some juice out of this old stone.
