The Newbie Routine - Explained
Hey, I’m having problems starting because I don’t understand the newbie routine:
Could somebody explain or link (I tried searching, honestly) for how I should do every part?
The Newbie Routine
1. 5 minutes hot wrap
What is a hot wrap? How exactly do I do it?
2. 5 minutes manual stretch (ten 30-second stretches)
What’s a manual stretch? What exactly do I do (Do I use one hand to move erect [or not erect?] penis to my left hip bone, or what? What stretches do I do, and at what erection?
3. 10 minutes of jelq (two hundred 3-second strokes)
Okay I understand this bit.
4. 5 minutes hot wrap
Done above.
5. 50 kegels of five second holds each
I know how to kegel.
Thanks, and sorry if this seems elementary. I just need specific instructions.
