The Newbie Routine - Explained

Hey, I’m having problems starting because I don’t understand the newbie routine:

Could somebody explain or link (I tried searching, honestly) for how I should do every part?

The Newbie Routine

1. 5 minutes hot wrap

What is a hot wrap? How exactly do I do it?

2. 5 minutes manual stretch (ten 30-second stretches)

What’s a manual stretch? What exactly do I do (Do I use one hand to move erect [or not erect?] penis to my left hip bone, or what? What stretches do I do, and at what erection?

3. 10 minutes of jelq (two hundred 3-second strokes)

Okay I understand this bit.

4. 5 minutes hot wrap

Done above.

5. 50 kegels of five second holds each

I know how to kegel.

Thanks, and sorry if this seems elementary. I just need specific instructions.

Did you actually LOOK at the post?

In the same post look three or five lines up and go to the PE manual- the PE videos are also very useful. ALL stretches are there.

Read the entire post and click through where appropriate.

All the info is there, just look a bit. Only the basics are canned here- you’re expected to carry your own weight on your PE journey, and give back with your own ideas. It is a free site after all.

What about stretching? What stretches are appropriate for the newbie routine?

Okay, using the link that was provided I found some info on wrapping:

“A hot wrap is an essential warm up for any PE exercise. Here are two methods, others may work just as well.

1. Warm water and washcloth. Take a washcloth and soak it in warm/hot (not scalding) water, wring some of it out and wrap it around your penis.
2. Sock full of rice. Take a sock, and put 1/2 to 1 cup of uncooked rice (straight out of the box) in it. Tie sock or sew it together. Place in microwave (time varies depending on how much rice you put in your sock and on your microwave). This is every bit as effective as the washcloth, and you don’t get wet.

You should take your hot wrap and apply it for 5-10 minutes minimum before doing exercises. This warm up will reduce the risk of injuries. It serves to increase the blood flow to your genitals, which will be beneficial when you actually start exercising. It also makes the skin and tissues more pliable, and easier to stretch.

It would be wise to include hot wraps at the end of your workout as well, and possibly at some point in the middle of your routine. You will find that bruising will occur much less frequently if you do so.”

I’m still unclear on stretching. While I can see some stretching videos, which ones should be used in the newbie routine?

Okay, another question about stretching:

In the videos, they show a person holding his penis at a certain angle for a certain stretch. Is he pulling (like elongating) his dick too, or just holding it in place at that angle?

Pulling.

Start stretching and develop a feel for what it’s all about. After a few sessions all your questions will have been answered.

Surely the name of the operation, the voice over on the video, or the step by step diagrams on the video site give you some clue as to the answer to this.

The point is to change the dimensions of penis and that requires effort which will afterward leave your penis feeling the result for some time.

I was just looking at the diagrams, and didn’t load the videos. The name ‘X stretch’ doesn’t imply pull, either. When you stretch your hamstring, for example, you try to elongate your leg: you move the leg about it’s axis, defined by the join. The same might be done for the penis, I didn’t know. Also, when my penis is erect I can’t move it about a 360 (or 360*another dimension) axis, so that is a stretch. I’m new here and everything isn’t as obvious as it is to others.

Despite the fact that you find my question’s answer pointedly obvious, I didn’t. I don’t like the way you wrote your response, as it felt demeaning. If you don’t want to answer politely, please don’t.

Just because I’m new here doesn’t mean you can look down upon me, or that I will allow it.

It’s flacid stretch.. Why didn’t you look at the video?

Nice response. When I stretch my hamstring I put tension on it, having already ascertained that stretches are done flaccid, it would seem that the only way of exerting any strain is to pull, there is no bone and no boner. You have a point though there is an angle element beyond the pull element.

What I was referring to previously was that you seem to have read very little before you started posting, yet you joined over 6 months ago. There is a lot to read here and it can be confusing but to not get as far as the links from the START HERE thread or the video site makes it look like laziness on your part.
