The Newbie Routine Should Be Changed or It Can Lead To Injuries (IMO)
Honestly, after i read the newbie routine section and watched the thunder videos series, last year, i got freaked out.
Here’s the things i think it is very wrong with the newbie routine and SHOULD be changed or it can possibly lead to injuries:
1- The guy in the thunder videos series showing how to jelq is choking his penis to death. This freaked me out and didn’t made me want to start PE for a long time. When i started 1 month ago, i thought this was how it was suposed to be done, but it’s not, at least FOR SURE NOT for beginners, and i was doing that way. Results = i lost EQ. After doing a lot of research on the forum i’ve come to the understand that you should use the “not break the egg shell” force while jelqing (maybe more if you’re more advanced). I did that and i’m my EQ is back to normal and experiencing better EQs.
2- 200 jelqs for someone who’ve never done PE in his life is A LOT. IMO, the linear newbie routine is the perfect one and that is the routine you want to do as a newbie. Start light, like 25-50 jelqs, and SLOWLY build up intensity and force with time.
3- The newbie routine section doesn’t tell us that you should not be applying force on the front and back of the penis, only on the sides, since applying force on the front you could potentially damage your dorsal nerve. I didn’t know that when i started and only discovered that like 2 days ago. I’ve been PEing for one month.
That’s it.
But keep in mind that i don’t blame the forum tho, it is a free forum with free information and we’re not in position to demand anything. You’re responsible for your own acts and you should do a lot of research beforum start PE.
That was just my opinion and what i think it should changed, if possible.
