The Piss Routine

So every time I take a piss, I take it as the perfect opportunity to do a little mini-routine of light stretching an fluffing. None of it is done with any real intensity the goal it just to get a little blood movement down there.

Is such a practice useful?

My little routine goes as follows:

-helicopter
-gentle stretch circles
-helicopter
-couple fire goat rolls
-helicopter
-shaft skin stretch (2 opposing OK grips that stretch the tube of shaft skin) - I do this in hopes that is will ‘restore’ some shaft skin and avoid turkey neck problems down the line.

the whole thing takes maybe 30-40 seconds. I make sure I put it away nice and ‘fluffed up’.

Probably not good to do at urinals.

Is that what they are called piss pulls?

Yea I have this weird habit whenever I have my pants off I always hold and fiddle with my unit. Like if I’m sitting in shorts at the computer browsing the web. I try to stop but….unconcious habit. Maybe if I invented some electric fence underpants?

Yes, I’ve been doing this since starting PE. I can’t help myself. I feel those few good stretches in between workouts help. I will also sometimes purposely stop the flow of my urine, to exercise the BC muscle.
