Try a new routine

I was thinking of doing a new type of routine. I feel I would get better gains if I were to do two separate days. A length day and then a girth day. One day doing nothing for girth, just length and then the same for girth. Any comments.

Give it a shot. If it works great, if it doesn’t try something else.

Sounds like an interesting idea.. Be the guinea pig and try it out for us. :)


8/14/05 ---> 11/18/05 -> Next goal

5.500" ------> 6.000" -----> 6.500" BPEL

Everything is possible though if you’re aware of what you’re doing. I mean if the thing you are playing with fit your penis :D
By the way, XL mentioned that stretching before jelqing helps for faster gains, I think it would help too.

7 x 6 EG is perfect!

Routine : Manual-V-Inverted V-JAI-BTC stretches (alot of stretches :D ). Wet Jelq, Pumping (once a week to maintain my girth)

(To hohey)I do about an hour of active stretching on the length day depending on the little man. My active girth routine is about 30 min. (To slack) I’m not completely a newbie. I got into it pretty good awhile back for a few months and got some good gains. I’ve played since then. I started with the newbie just for a couple of weeks once I joined this place of beauty to make sure conditioning was alright. If your training for two specific purposes, it’s more effective to concentrate on one at a time so.. That’s for the tip boogies, I’ll toss it in with my warm-up.

Okay ill admit it I’m incredible dumb, and I always never see things and skip right past them, but where does it tell or show you how to do some of these exercises? Like the basic stuff I pretty much know how to do because I’ve been doing some of these things my own for a while because I’ve been around on the net before, but like I was wondering what other kinds of stretches you guys use and where I can find them, any help would be much appreciated :)


Starting stats: NBPEL: 7.5 BPEL: 8.2 NBPFL: 5.5 BPFL: 6.5 EG: 6.0 First Goal~ / Final Goal~ NBPEL 8.0 / NBPEL 8.5 EG 6.25 / EG 6.50
