Hi Everyone

I seem to be experiencing turtleing during exercise, mainly running. I have read several threads about using cock rings, cable clamps or wrapping to stop this from happening. I hope this thread makes things a little clearer for my self or anyone else that is interested.

What type of method is best to use during an exercise to prevent turtleing cock ring, cable clamp or wrapping

What is the best way to fit the cock ring or cable clamp during exercise (running) round the base of the shaft only or base of shaft and testicles

What type of cock ring metal, rubber or adjustable

I have seen it mentioned a member had developed a way of using / wearing elastic bands all day to prevent shrinkage but I have not been able to find the post or any other information about it how it’s worn or how to make it.
If anyone has any idea or info please let me know

The cock ring, clamp or wrap will have to be in place during the whole exercise period 45-60 minutes

Definitely not a cable clamp. Your body is taking the blood from where it is not necessary and putting it to vital organs and muscles being used. If you are that concerned maybe do your PE and get a pump before the gym. Either way, it’s normal and I wouldn’t mess with it.

Thank you for the information guys, I understand it’s a totally natural thing to turtle during exercise. However it becomes extremely uncomfortable to carry on with the exercise when it does happen.

I have seen silicone sleeves, is there any preparation required before using them (lubricant, wrapping) and do you know of a place in Australia I might be able to get them.

I’m not wanting to engorge my penis with blood before the work out, just want to stop it turtleing. When turtleing occurs it becomes uncomfortable to continue the exercise, short trip to the changing room to stretch him out but after another 5 minutes of running it happens again.

As for cock rings should I be looking at one that goes over my whole unit cock and balls.

I totally get the uncomfortable part of that. Have you tried wearing supportive underwear that keeps it in place and secure? I wouldn’t put anything around my whole package for a time that I couldn’t monitor it frequently. You don’t want to cut off circulation to your balls.

Try some stretchy cock rings. Different brands are sized differently and style also effects the tightness of them. I like the Titan men cock rings. They are wide and stretchy. Great for just around the shaft. Again tho, I would “dry run” them during a time where you can check and make sure you are going to be all set for the duration you plan to use them. Atomic jock makes some good ones too and they are relatively inexpensive.
