Turtleing Cock ring, Cable Clamp or Wrap
Hi Everyone
I seem to be experiencing turtleing during exercise, mainly running. I have read several threads about using cock rings, cable clamps or wrapping to stop this from happening. I hope this thread makes things a little clearer for my self or anyone else that is interested.
What type of method is best to use during an exercise to prevent turtleing cock ring, cable clamp or wrapping
What is the best way to fit the cock ring or cable clamp during exercise (running) round the base of the shaft only or base of shaft and testicles
What type of cock ring metal, rubber or adjustable
I have seen it mentioned a member had developed a way of using / wearing elastic bands all day to prevent shrinkage but I have not been able to find the post or any other information about it how it’s worn or how to make it.
If anyone has any idea or info please let me know
The cock ring, clamp or wrap will have to be in place during the whole exercise period 45-60 minutes
