Two on two off
After a few days break I started back hanging Sat and Sun (today is tues). Both days I hung 3 / 20 min sessions. I start with 5bls and add 2.5 lbs whenever I can handle it without pain - ending up with 12-20lbs for the last couple minutes. The angle was different this time - I sit down on the edge of the chair and lean back. That was intense - the “limited factor” areas are sore and seem to be falling into a “2 day on / 2 days off” pattern.
I only have an hour (maybe) per day, and I have these 2.5lb weights, so I guess I “max out” to make the most of the limited amount of time.
So, I’ve been falling into a two day on, two day off pattern. I need at least two days off in order to recover - my glans temporarily lose a little feeling/don’t feel normal. But I’m fine after a couple days. I’d like to know if anyone out there hangs for two on and two off.
