Hey guys. I’ve been peing for about a month now, and I was wondering. Are these uli things for the more experienced penises only? Should I wait until around my third month to be trying these out? Also, I’m not 100% sure what Uli’s original post means. Are you supposed to grasp your base and move the clutch forward (just like a dry jelq) until you reach the glans, then squeeze in that position 5 times whilst still gripping the penis? Thanks in advance! :D

Ulis are an advanced exercise, they should not be performed by newbies.

I did Ulis in a high semi erect state (about 80%), kind of like a really slow jelq. Grab the base of your penis and grab with the other hand above the hand. Then push forward with the upper hand until you hit the glans.

Be patient. PE is not an express train. :)

You will do more harm than good doing advanced exercises before you condition your penis.
