Hello everyone, I’m new to the forums. I’ve tried PE 3 times in the past but only for 3-4 weeks max and never really took it seriously. This time I decided to take it serious, I developed a strong mindset over the last year for other goals I have in life and want to use this determination and willpower for PE now.

I have read alot on the forum over the past week and I think I might have some problems that are going to hinder my progress in PE.
So what it comes down to is that I discovered I have ED. I thought that ED meant that you just couldn’t get an erection at all period. So I have mild to severe ED, let me elaborate on this.

When I start my PE routine I need porn to get my penis to the right erection level and keep it there for jelqing. I feel like I do good workouts (very basic, really just starting out), but my EQ in general is just horrible.. When I masturbate to porn my penis will only go 100% erect when watching a specific kind of porn and when I sit with my legs crossed. Never had problems DURING sex. I have a hard time getting it up sometimes but once I’m in I get hard and there is no problem. When the girl is on top I can’t stay hard.
I’m not 100% sure but I think that my ED is psychological and porn induced. I’m healthy physically and I don’t have stress or any issues in my life right now. I think I’m addicted to porn, I’ve been masturbating to porn as good as daily for more then 10 years, sometimes multiple times a day. When I manage to stop for a week/ few weeks I get spontaneous erections during the day and night/morning wood again. So I really assume porn and masturbation are killing my EQ.

Now is my question, should I stop jelqing until my EQ is better again? Or keep jelqing and use porn for that only and just lay off the masturbation. Because jelqing is supposed to increase EQ too right?

I’m sorry for my long post but I really want to take PE and my penis health seriously so I want to describe my situation as accurate as possible.

Take the long but effective road. Stop using porn and any excessive porn. It’s like a drug and you need more and more to get the same feeling of excitement.

Hey Rk, welcome to the forum. Stay with your routine just stop ejaculating. Hold the load. Check out psychological indicators on this forum. And don’t forget we have Viagra that IMO it’s the best thing man created! Lol

He needs to reset his system, not use drugs to achieve what the body can do normally. He doesn’t have physical ED. He’s programmed his body to need porn.

I respectfully disagree. To me it’s like coffee : sure I can’t masturbate without porn like a lot of people can’t function without coffee. But it’s easy to access and it’s cheap.

My opinion is you should just limit your porn watching/masturbating to PE. You want to maintain an erection at the end of a routine anyway. Shouldn’t be too much of a problem if you were masturbating “only” “as good as daily”.

Regarding the EQ, you’ll find PE actually improves your EQ. Kegels will do that.


start stats :7.7x5.8 (2014-06-02 ) / Short term goal : 8x6 (achieved on 2014-06-14 and 2014-04-23 respectively)

Mid term goal : 8.5x6.5 (achieved on 2020-06-21 after 6 years break.)

Long term goal : 9x7

Thank you for the input. I personally think it’s best to lay off everything (porn, masturbating and PE). I think my penis needs to rest for a while and I need to get my head straight first, and stop being dependent on porn.

Skip the porn and don’t cum to often. But don’t stop PE.

Skip the yelking so you don’t have to worry about erection. Stretch and do kegels and if you can get an erection without porn why don’t do some edging without cumming?

When you feel ready, buy a pump with a gauge and start pumping.

Hey Patrik, thank you for the advice. But all of that seems a little much and overwhelming for me right now. I’m brand new to this and don’t want rush into things.. Seems for now I will just stick with kegels and wait about 2 weeks to see where I’m at.

Hey T, I’ve just had to find about Viagra, and was so stoked. I thought my EQ was amazing but it wasn’t. It’s been a rough one to give my unit a proper rest now with the magic pill. Hanging low and full. I also read on DLD and addition of Viagra on the routine.
I guess the concern would be addiction to Viagra a never able to get a good EQ without it. Or even worse having low EQ while on Viagra.

Yes, it’s a powerful medicine. Work on your eq so you’re not dependent on a drug.
