Very bad EQ
Hello everyone, I’m new to the forums. I’ve tried PE 3 times in the past but only for 3-4 weeks max and never really took it seriously. This time I decided to take it serious, I developed a strong mindset over the last year for other goals I have in life and want to use this determination and willpower for PE now.
I have read alot on the forum over the past week and I think I might have some problems that are going to hinder my progress in PE.
So what it comes down to is that I discovered I have ED. I thought that ED meant that you just couldn’t get an erection at all period. So I have mild to severe ED, let me elaborate on this.
When I start my PE routine I need porn to get my penis to the right erection level and keep it there for jelqing. I feel like I do good workouts (very basic, really just starting out), but my EQ in general is just horrible.. When I masturbate to porn my penis will only go 100% erect when watching a specific kind of porn and when I sit with my legs crossed. Never had problems DURING sex. I have a hard time getting it up sometimes but once I’m in I get hard and there is no problem. When the girl is on top I can’t stay hard.
I’m not 100% sure but I think that my ED is psychological and porn induced. I’m healthy physically and I don’t have stress or any issues in my life right now. I think I’m addicted to porn, I’ve been masturbating to porn as good as daily for more then 10 years, sometimes multiple times a day. When I manage to stop for a week/ few weeks I get spontaneous erections during the day and night/morning wood again. So I really assume porn and masturbation are killing my EQ.
Now is my question, should I stop jelqing until my EQ is better again? Or keep jelqing and use porn for that only and just lay off the masturbation. Because jelqing is supposed to increase EQ too right?
I’m sorry for my long post but I really want to take PE and my penis health seriously so I want to describe my situation as accurate as possible.
