Warm heat towel 5 minutes not enough?

Guys i found out that heating my dick more than 20 to 30 minutes is very effective than heating for 5 minutes it makes my dick flaccid really long plus it looks thicker and i can stretch it easily and my penis gets engorged and thick but when i just do 5 minutes warm heat up towel it doesnt get stretched easily and i feel its still a little bit stiff .Also when i warm down too i heat the towel so that its hot enough and it feels good i think it penetrates my tuncia and ligmanets more easily and its more effective at least for me ,still a newbie in PE .Hope ive found the working formula for my dick.

I use a rice sock & heated wet wash cloth. (Washcloth under the rice sock) the heat penetrates better with the added moisture. I do this for about 10 min. Gives me a nice flaccid hang for stretching/jelqs. Maybe longer time would have better benefits as it softens the tissue up a bit more.

how many days have passed since you have started the newbie routine? and do you feel your dick is growing

In my past half year I’ve steadily increased my warmup time from 5 minutes first to 8 and then to 12 and now I often warm up for even more, up to 20 minutes or so. There is definitely a breaking point for me around 8 minutes of IR lamp warmup, after which stretching is much easier. Going over 12-15 minutes seems to speed up recovery (at least recovery of colour and flaccid size). So yes, more warmup has been good to me.


February '16: 173 mm BPEL (6.81") 132 mm MEG (5.20")

November '18: 190 mm BPEL (7.48") 137 mm MEG (5.39")

Goal: A sustained 7.7" by 5.8" during intercourse

defintely warming up uptill 15_20 minutes is needed to get most of your PE workout.

I’ve been doing PE for about 4-5 months consistently. I started in March of this year but didn’t stick with it till a few months ago. Since I first started I have seen a difference in my girth & length, but mainly girth. I haven’t measured but I plan to at the end of this month. I wanted to get a full month of use in with the bathmate b4 I measured. I started out 8x5 but I’m definitely thicker than I was and longer, magnums condoms are getting tighter. The Asian girl I’m banging even noticed my dick is bigger than she’s used to lol My routine is

200 wet jelqs

I try to stay warm as much as possible. Ordered a big pack of disposable toe warmers that I keep in my underwear after each workout,”. They stay warm for about 5 hours and after that start to cool off. Dunno if it’s important but it feels good and has worked so far. Also lets me skip the rice sock for warm downs which saves me some time and hassle.

Warm ups are still 5-10 mins with the good ol’ sock though :)

I’ve been using an IV lamp, much prefer that over anything else, because you can keep it there while doing the routine, so a 10-15 minute warm up, then a 10-30 minute routine, all of which has a hear element because of the IV lamp, is very good
