Water pumping Causing Quick Ejaculation

I’ve been water pumping for over a month now, using the bath mate and I feel like it’s caused me to not hold in my jeez as well. I’m practicing semen retention so this is really upsetting me :( Anybody else have this issue or know of a solution? Please help!

You may be more sensitive/ excited with your progress. I’ve been really turned on at times during PE and struggled with this.
