What exercises for new routine
Hello. I just started PE about two weeks ago and my starting erection length is 6.8inches and my girth is 5.8 I believe. (Sorry I don’t know the acronyms yet)
My routine is as follows:
Warm up (massage with warm wrap etc.)
Stretch in each direction for 20 seconds, including through the legs
Jelq 50 times (add 25 each week)
Stretch again in each direction for 15 seconds
Jelq 50 times (add 25 each week)
Warm down in shower and stretch
I was just wondering if this looks like a good routine, and what I can add for increasing my head size and shaft length?
