What injuries can arise from over-stretching?

First off, yes I know there is a search function. Its actually very hard to navigate old posts using the search function because of the fact that it omits non-keywords (for instance, once I tried to search ‘why do people say length before girth?’ and it was cut to ‘length’ and ‘girth’). Even when you’re able to search with most of the words from your question, there will still be hundreds of posts lingering around the same topic but still not answering your question. I also browsed the extender sub-forum and couldn’t find anything answering this.

I’ve recently started using an extender device and found that I can go long periods at high tensions, without my penis slipping from the device or there being significant discomfort. In light of this and the fact that more time and tension is generally always beneficial with extenders, I want to ask if there is any injury that could arise from me going to hard? Also, are there specific PIs that would suggest I’m stretching too hard?

You are not going to find a thread discussing “the top 3 injuries from stretching”. You will find many posts from members describing a potential injury they got from stretching or other activity. Reading through posts is a great way to garner large amounts of information that is found here.

Click search, then advanced search, enter stretching injury then at the bottom select show posts instead of threads then go.
