What is the best routine for a newbie?
I’ve seen a few different ‘newbie routines’ on here and they all seem to be similar to each other. Here’s what I summed up in my head:
-Warmup: A few minutes to make the penis warm
-Jelqing: 5-10 minutes
-Stretching: Up/Down/Out, a few reps of each
-Warm-down for a few minutes
-Then leave it alone till the next day
I plan to do this 2 days on, and one day off. I will try to minimize masturbation.
I’m starting off a bit smaller than others I’ve seen here, as unfortunately I haven’t been as well endowed. My starting measurements are 5inch BPEL and 5inch MSEG. I hope to achieve any gains possible really, but my hopes aren’t high. My big question is whether or not my planned routine is a good one. Can someone with more experience comment on my routine?
