What is the best routine for a newbie?

I’ve seen a few different ‘newbie routines’ on here and they all seem to be similar to each other. Here’s what I summed up in my head:

-Warmup: A few minutes to make the penis warm
-Jelqing: 5-10 minutes
-Stretching: Up/Down/Out, a few reps of each
-Warm-down for a few minutes
-Then leave it alone till the next day

I plan to do this 2 days on, and one day off. I will try to minimize masturbation.

I’m starting off a bit smaller than others I’ve seen here, as unfortunately I haven’t been as well endowed. My starting measurements are 5inch BPEL and 5inch MSEG. I hope to achieve any gains possible really, but my hopes aren’t high. My big question is whether or not my planned routine is a good one. Can someone with more experience comment on my routine?

I think the consensus is that that’s a good newbie routine. When you first start PE, it’s very easy to injure yourself with techniques that don’t seem to cause problems for seasoned PE’ers. So the newbie routine is designed to minimize the chance of injury while initiating gains.

I’m curious what would happen if someone started with light pumping, moving from 1 inHg to 5 inHg as is comfortable and doesn’t produce burst capillaries (red dots), in a 20 minute session every other day. I think it might have an advantage over the consensus newbie routine, but I don’t know if anyone starting PE for the first time has tried it. It seems low risk, urologists prescribe penis pumping occasionally for various ailments. I would not exceed 5 inHg though.


Starting: 7"bplx5.2" 2017 (shrunk from disuse)(originally 8"bplx4.5", gained to 9"bplx6")

Current: 9.0"bplx6.125" 2020

Goal: 11.5"bplx7" 2021.

The majority of people don t gain with pumping alone. This knowledge is spread over both forums.(there are some exeptions)
Pumping is working for gains when people are combining it with other PE methods.
For example pumping prior jelqing and after jelqing can boost the gains of jelqing for some people.
In simple words pumping is a supplementation for the other PE methods.

Now as far for the question on the newbie routine

10 mins warming up
30 secs stretching in all directions X3 times (Light intensity)
7 mins jelqing (Light intensity)
10 mins edging

This is the best bet.

I disagree. The vast majority of my gains came from pumping. It’s the only thing I did for length.

It’s not for newbies until properly conditioned.

It’s the majority because some tell others that pumping doesn’t produce real gains.

I am just reffering to the threads we see all the time…. here and in other PE forums.

Now if they are not telling the truth… then this is an other story,

Been her for a while. People are told it doesn’t work for permanent gains. They simply haven’t done their homework.

It simply takes building up time in the cylinder. It takes time to get conditioned. By the end of my second set I was past my bpel in the cylinder.

The third set was to help to cement the new size. Think of this routine as almost four hours. Far less than extender use. I didn’t have to worry about cutting off blood flow. I did learn how much vacuum to use to avoid blisters. For me it was very comfortable. I didn’t have to learn wrapping techniques. Just go into the cylinder and let time, vacuum and heat to the job.

There you have it.

Yes almost no one has performed your kind of pumping method so that s why we rarely see post of pumping alone gains.

I’ve been a avid pumper since 2005. For 15 years many have said it doesn’t produce permanent gains. For me I’ve stayed relatively injury free other than the occasional blister. To me, it seems so simple a method to use.
