What is the lowest level of fat pad possible

What is the lowest level of fat pad possible

I couldn’t find the answer on this forum. What is the lowest difference between NBPEL and BPEL you can have. My difference is now almost 1 inch but I have seen guys with less then 0.5 inch difference. My goal is 1 inch added to my BPEL but if im cutting when Im in the gym i wonder how many centimeters I can add to my NBPEL. Thanks in advance

If you can still pinch fat in the area, then you can still lose fat in the area

Is it even possible for everyone to lose fat pad?

I’m now cutting for my weight and I lost almost 15kg. I’m pretty muscular and started losing fat every where. You can (almost) always see my abs but not very visable and you can see a big vain in my fat pad area thats how low I am in my body fat percentage. Friends and people I talk to in the gym are saying Im almost done with how many fat I can lose.

Now the big questions is can some people even gain with fat pad unless you started very big/fat? I think my genes are working against me. I didnt gain any inch or cm not even 0.1 in fat pad loss and I started bulking at 75kg and I’m now almost 65kg. Sure its possible to lose another massive amount of body fat but its the question would it be attractive for the rest of the body? I dont like skeleton body’s. Again im pretty muscular but such low fat pad percentage its easier to say then actually do it.

Their are millions of threads with losing fat pad and all of these guys are talking about it making it sounds so easy but in the reality its just almost impossible or very unattractive

In my experience when you start losing the fat behind the obliques is when the fat pad really shrinks. These are the last areas to go and you’ll have ripped abs before those areas start to go.

Every body stores fat differently. For some, the fat pad maybe the last to go, for others it could be the first.

Losing the last bit of fat is not only difficult but it is also incredibly difficult to maintain. It can also be unhealthy depending on how low in body fat percentage you have to go.

In my opinion, if you are happy with the rest of your body, I wouldn’t worry about the fat pad.

I’ve lost a noticeable (and welcome) amount of fat pad since starting a diet program in November, even though the rest of me is still plenty fluffy. Whether I keep on losing fat pad proportional to my equator, who knows.

Great job, keep up the good work.

Fat loss is usually not proportional. It is however a whole body process. If you are losing fat, you are losing it every where just some areas will lose more at a faster rate. For me, the slow losing areas are also the first areas to retain as well.

If you do not want to lose too much fat anywhere else, you might consider liposcution or coolsculpting. It’s not the healthiest of options, but spot removal isn’t achievable through natural means, as far as I know. Also, since it’s a relatively small amount of fat, the health effect might not be too detrimental.

Rotated Penis? Unbalanced Ligaments? Lack of Gains through Manual Routine?

For me, once I cut out fat food, cheese and dairy out of my diet and add more olive oil. My beer belly has gone and my stomach has become flat. Couple with weight workouts, cable ab crunches, I now got the v-shape body that I’ve always wanted.

I’m not fat but have a stubborn fat pad. If I am 78kg or 95kg, my fat pad remains the same 1.0 inch.

Has anyone tried CoolSculpting that region and noticed any visual changes to your perspective or increase in size or does it look exactly the same no bone pressed vs bone pressed?

Two or three members have reported sucess with the process, ThoughtfulGold being the only one I can remember just now.


Initial: 7” BPEL; 6” NBPEL; 5.25” - 5.5” MEG

Current: 7.75” BPEL; 7.25” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.

Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.

Very interested to hear their findings. I know visually it may appear bigger with lower body fat but am unsure if the fat pad reduction would do anything as the base of the penis where the fat pad joins would also need to have some form of skin tightening to wrap around the penis and give it that bulge look of a longer unit.
