What is traction, exactly

Traction wraps & devices- Methods used after a hanging session to keep the penis in an extended state for healing.

Am I missing anything or do I have a complete understanding of traction in it’s entirety?

Those methods can be used after manual exercises or pumping, as well as hanging, to keep the penis in an extended state while it “heals”.
