That makes sense. I’m starting off this PE thing differently than what everyone recommends. Only focusing on Kegels (erect and non erect), and AM. Why strain the penis anymore if it’s not even necessarily strong yet? I’d be willing to bet growth with stretching and jelqing happens a lot quicker when blood can actually pump into the piece.

Weird as I had negative PI’s after 5 days of AM I got shit load of penis fatigue in very little time.

2 ways to look at this. 1) it’s a more effective exercise 2) I over trained lol.

Anyway I’m back to my usual routine I might incorporate AM on off days or lazy days.

I started the Newb Routine in the month of March this year. After a couple of months, I guess, this AM method was introduced by JB. I included it in my routine. I continued to do manual stretching followed by a few reps of jelqing and AM for 20 mins. After a month I measured , discovered that I have clearly gained 1/4 of an inch. I dont know whether this gain is a result of AM or stretching or both. I have reduced the number of jelq because some of the vets think AM is more effective and safer than Jelqing.

Everyone responds to P.E. SIightIy differentIy. You have to discover your own “code” of response to the new stress appIied to your dick. Granted there is ascience underneath aII of this, but it’s an art to appIying it aII.


Began December 2009 at 5 7/8" length and 5" girth.

As of December 5th 2012 7 3/8" BPEL and 6 1/8" base girth.

Setiously, dude don’t reduce your jelquing.

Jelquing as an exersize works 100% and even if some vets be saying that AM is better you can’t rely on that because it’s a quite new exersize.

From my own experience the only thing AM is improving your EQ.

I will go on performing it for some more weeks but I started doing manuals as well as extending again.

I would recommend you sticking to the well proven exersizes and to give people some time to report gains from AM.

Yeah, just look at all the great injury reports that prove jelqing is a fabulous idea for everyone.

When done correctly jelqing is fine and is a very valuable exercise.

Injury reports are mostly from folks who do dangerous things that are not recommended, like jelq with a full erection.

I think people should just admit it’s all dangerous instead of pretending everyone who gets injured did something drastically wrong.

Altering your piece is a dangerous trek. It’s that simple. And there’s nothing wrong with that.

Well I’ve done it for more than 10 years and never got inured. If you don’t want to do it then don’t.
