What routine the newbies should do after the 6 weeks of Newbies Routine?

Please, could you help us?


11/13/19 BPEL: 14,5 cm (15,2 if EQ 10/10) MSEG: 13,0 cm

GOAL: 18,0 cm (cemented) MSEG: 14,0 cm (maybe in 2 years)

Either increase the routine duration/schedule or start experiment other exercises.

Instead of 6 weeks, I would stay at it for at least 6 months. Not sure if you did a typo there.


Start 6.8” x 4.7” (4.9" BEG)

Latest 8.2” x 5.1” (5.3" BEG)

When is the right time to move to an extender? Is there a guide for choosing one?

Move on when newbie routine isn’t working anymore, then you should start experimenting and testing something else.

We are loaded with extender reports and reviews. Give a good read beforehand because some types of extenders are a pain in the ass to setup and/or very uncomfortable.
