Hi, I started PE a few days ago and I was wondering how long it would take to see any visible gains. I started at around 5 1/2” BPEL and somewhere around 5.5” EG (I don’t have tailor’s tape lying around so I couldn’t measure, I’m going off of memory)

Edit: I’m aiming for 7” BPEL and at least 6” EG

In terms of gains that you can measure and be like “OK, hell yeah, this works for SURE!” it was about one week for me. BPFSL gains can show up in the first days or weeks. BPEL and EG can be anywhere from the first week to months, depending a lot on the guy’s individual anatomy and their dedication.

I re-measured, BPFSL is 7”, BPEL is 6”. Still not sure on EG though.

What I’ve learned is that it pays to be patient and consistent. If you put in some serious time in the first month you should see some gains, particularly BPFSL (bone pressed, flaccid stretched length, when measured along the top of the penis with one end of a ruler pressed against your pubic bone). The BPEL gains come a little more slowly, but they do come. If you’re doing the newbie routine, your dick should feel sore afterwards, but the soreness should go away when you’re ready for your next set.

Everyone is different. But I saw a gain of 0.5” BPFSL in the first month.

You don’t need a tailors tape to measure girth. Wrap anything non-stretchy around your penis - a narrow strip of paper of string - mark where it crosses and hold it against a ruler.

Apparently, I was a slow gainer because it took about nine months before I saw any noticeable girth gains from a fairly aggressive pumping routine. Length took over a year. However, after five years I am now 1 inch bigger in length and girth.

I found that a one inch wide strip of paper towel works great as a measuring tool for girth.

Hey, I am a newbie too and I have been wondering the same things. I have been approaching it like working out. Going by look at feel at first and measuring and tracking on a predetermined consistent basis. This approach has worked for me previously and hope it will with this too. Good luck! Stay positive!

For most it would take a few weeks at least. For myself it was after two months, I just saw it in the mirror and then had to get the ruler (I was trying to go three months without measuring).

Improved erections, maybe in a week or two.

Actual gains after 2-3 months.From minor gains to impressive ones.


BPEL 7 EG 5.5 NBPEL 6.5 Flaccid length 4.5. Started Jan 2015 at bpel 6.5 nbpel 6.0 and eg 5.2 flaccid length was 3.5

I have reached my goal. At least for now.
