When can I expect to see gains?
Hi, I started PE a few days ago and I was wondering how long it would take to see any visible gains. I started at around 5 1/2” BPEL and somewhere around 5.5” EG (I don’t have tailor’s tape lying around so I couldn’t measure, I’m going off of memory)
Edit: I’m aiming for 7” BPEL and at least 6” EG
