Hey guys, I’ve recently been doing the beginners routine, and I’m enjoying it so far.

Right now my current stats are: 6” Non-bone pressed, 6.5 bone pressed and 5.5 in girth.

My goal is to become 7” non bone pressed.

I wanted to know can I actually achieve 7” non bone pressed, or will it only be 7” by way of bone pressed measurement.

They’re the same gains, just 2 different methods resulting in 2 different numbers, as to the amount you can gain, only time will tell, no one can predict even their own gains, much less someone else’s.

The only way the measurements are going to be different is if you gain or lose fat in your fat pad. Otherwise the gains should be more or less equivalent.


Current 5.5 NBPEL x 5.75 Base EG - 5.25 MSEG 7" BPSFL

Short Term Goal 6 NBPEL x 6 MPEG

Long Term Goal 8 NBPEL x 7 MPEG (why not dream BIG?)

You can’t gain just bone pressed or just non-bone pressed. If you gain an inch, the inch you gain is both bone pressed and non-bone pressed, assuming you don’t gain weight/fat-pad.
