When I start to grow, will my gains be mostly bone pressed or non bone pressed?
Hey guys, I’ve recently been doing the beginners routine, and I’m enjoying it so far.
Right now my current stats are: 6” Non-bone pressed, 6.5 bone pressed and 5.5 in girth.
My goal is to become 7” non bone pressed.
I wanted to know can I actually achieve 7” non bone pressed, or will it only be 7” by way of bone pressed measurement.
