Where to begin after a decondition break
Sup guys, so I finished the newbie routine for 4 1/2 months and had also incorporated some more advanced techniques as well (manual clamp/horse 440s I think they’re called?). Due to a skin flaking/peeling injury and some possible premature toughening, I decided to take a couple weeks off for a deconditioning/healing break. I should be good to start back up in a few days time and was wondering where to start w my routine? Do I need to do the entire 3 month newbie routine over again? Can I do that for a couple weeks to a month then begin again with the more advanced techniques? Thanks for the help!
