Where To Restart

Had about 6 months off PE after being unsuccessful with an extender, which I used for about 9 months. After some advice on here I went back to it with an infrared light and tried the beginners routine aswell for another 3 months or so but still nothing.

I’m ready to start again but obviously need to find what’s going to work for me.

Was thinking of trying an ADS but after a bit of reading, it sounds like an ADS is just for retaining size?

Any suggestions on where you would re-start if you were me?

What do you think was not working for you with your previous attempts?

Unsuccessful PE is the worse kind. Effectively it’s anti-PE: you’re strengthening your dick without gaining and making future gains harder or impossible.

I would try a girth heavy routine. You’ve successfully strengthened your penis against force exerted on the length. Then you’ve done a light routine for 3 months. Maybe the way to unlock is to successfully gain girth. That’s going to be hard, you’ll need to increase the force to get gains but not so much that you injure yourself. Obsessive records will help. If you go two weeks without measuring a small difference you should probably increase the force. Once you gain girth you may find you’ve disrupted things enough to gain length.

Heat always helps, so don’t drop that.

Successful PE is not easy. You’re always trying to hit the sweet spot between being ineffective and injury. If you never even mildy injure yourself, you’re probably not gaining the knowledge to find that sweet spot.

Really hard to say, perhaps I just needed to do it even longer but of course you don’t want to waste more time when you’re already doing something that doesn’t appear to be working, hard to know I guess

Thanks. I’m certainly willing to try, anything in particular you would recommend trying?

Jelqing is the primary girth exercise. For most people it will also hit length in the beginning. Try to find exercises that fit in around that to carefully increase the expansion further so that you jelq more after hitting the expansion hot button. Here’s my old routine which uses Horse 440’s mixed with a mod of the Sadsak Head exercise. I link it because it goes deep into the mechanics and the reasoning later in the thread. You could pick anything that works for you: plumped bends, jelq squeezes, heated clamping or pumping.

I suggest you read thoroughly. Understanding the physiology of the penis is really helpful. As an example there is a ted talk on the nature of erections. Once you’ve watched it you’d understand that working with a full erection is pointless. You need more than that to PE successfully, of course. If you’ve done the newbie routine for 3 months with no gains, it’s a safe bet that you don’t know how to jelq or the kind of forces you need to use to effect change. You might have changed the forces required for the worse with your initial foray into extenders. Be willing to work up the force levels carefully until you hit a point where there’s a clear difference in your penis before and after the routine. Also from your extensive record keeping, change things if you aren’t gaining. Experiment. Have fun. Increase your skill level. Gain.
