Which routine after a decon break of , let's say, one month
I did 6 months of PE with some gains in length and girth.. Now I’m not still gaining so I decided to take a break.. My question is when I’ll come back to my exercises what routine am I supposed to stick to?
Last workout I did 8 stretches every direction for 20 seconds each + 5 V stretches 20 seconds each + 200 jelqs (50-80% erection level), some squeezes and ,also, I edge almost every day and do kegel very often.. My EQ when well stimulated is very good as I can reach a steel hard erection and my measurements are 19 cm BPEL , 14,2 cm MSEG , 19,5 BPFSL , 12 cm FL (most of times but it has a range of 11-13 cm) , 11,25 cm FG (range 11-11,5 cm ) . My starting is my signature..
Do you advice a newbie routine with a slight increase at each session or do you advice a routine not much different from that I was doing before taking my decon break?
Start (october 2010) : BPEL 18,5 cm ; EL 17,5 cm ; MSEG 13,75 cm ,BEG 14,25 cm ;FL 12 cm ; FG 10,75 cm ; BPFSL 18,5 cm
3 months later ( January 2011) : BPEL 19 cm ; EL 18 cm ; MSEG 14 cm ; BEG 14,5 cm FL (hard to say if it grows due to size shifting of the soft state.. The same as before or bigger!) ; FG 11 cm ; BPFSL 19 cm***all hard sizes taken @ my hardest and doing a kegel***Goal: cementing a round 18 x 14 hard coupled with a good EQ.
