Why is it impossible for me to do simple stretches?
So I read the two methods for simple manual stretching and watched the video. I tried both methods and neither is working for me. When I grab an inch beneath the glans, without retracting the foreskin, and try to pull, my thumb just slides over the head underneath the foreskin like a car going over a bump and I end up just stretching my skin.
Then I tried using baby powder and retracting my foreskin and grabbing just behind the glans. I still couldn’t pull with a decent force without my hand sliding off and losing my grip. Also, this made my head hurt. Once I was done with a few stretches it looked all dry and wrinkly and it was much redder near the urethra from all the stopped blood flow. I read people suggesting to use toilet paper and what not but I just don’t find it instinctive to use this much frictional force on the dick head. I mean why stop at toilet paper, why not use sand paper? Squeezing your dick head with all your force and pulling so there’s a lot of friction on it at the same time surely can’t be good for you, right?
The video makes it look easy. It’s like “Just grab your dick and pull.” The guy in the video seems to be doing the first method. How is he managing to do it without the hand slipping over the head?
I’m frustrated and confused cause I haven’t found any other people stuck on simple stretches, why am I the only one having problems with this?
