Why the second hot wrap is needed .Interr.- Newbie routine
I was reading some posts and threads about warm down/cooling down, but they are a bit confusing.
I was thinking to myself: if the purpose of the heat is to let the tissues get deformed in an easier way, as the workouts are finished (and so, the forces), wouldn’t be better let the things warm to the corporal temperature normally?
I read some posts about keeping their units stretched as them cool down by themselves, but I guess most of newbies have no hanging devices..
Opinions about the subject?
