Workout Trouble
I’ve tried to view countless threads and illustrations in order to get the exercises right but I still seem to have problems concerning the wet jelq and stretches in a single direction.
I’ve tried applying extra lube while wet jelqing but I still have a problem when I switch hands from gripping to jelqing as my foreskin goes over the glans and I have trouble getting it back to the starting jelq position. Would using the 1 handed jelq work just as well?
As for stretching I saw the video and read the thread on keeping it about 30 secs per stretch, the problem is that I can only grip my penis for 10 seconds before my fingers slip up around the glans and off completely, this happens when I hold it in a given position (My penis being dry or wet). However when I stretch it in a rotation I don’t have a problem slipping off. Is there any way I could rectify the problem, I’ve tried using a cloth to keep my hands from slipping but it didn’t work either. Or is rotational stretching the only thing I should stick to?
Would a twice a day routine be better than a daily routine or should I just look out for PI’s before going into the next workout?
Finally, would this routine be viable? I really want to gain an inch in length by this year.
1) Warmup 5 mins
2) Stretches 15 min (Requires assistance)
3) Wet jelqing 300 (Should this be increased per month?)
4) Re-warmup 5 mins
5) Jelq Squeeze 10 mins
6) Kegels e.a 5 seconds ( Should this be done when the penis is erect or flaccid? I feel kinda unsettled when I contract the BC muscle but my penis hardly moves in it’s flaccid state.)
