I’ve tried to view countless threads and illustrations in order to get the exercises right but I still seem to have problems concerning the wet jelq and stretches in a single direction.

I’ve tried applying extra lube while wet jelqing but I still have a problem when I switch hands from gripping to jelqing as my foreskin goes over the glans and I have trouble getting it back to the starting jelq position. Would using the 1 handed jelq work just as well?

As for stretching I saw the video and read the thread on keeping it about 30 secs per stretch, the problem is that I can only grip my penis for 10 seconds before my fingers slip up around the glans and off completely, this happens when I hold it in a given position (My penis being dry or wet). However when I stretch it in a rotation I don’t have a problem slipping off. Is there any way I could rectify the problem, I’ve tried using a cloth to keep my hands from slipping but it didn’t work either. Or is rotational stretching the only thing I should stick to?

Would a twice a day routine be better than a daily routine or should I just look out for PI’s before going into the next workout?

Finally, would this routine be viable? I really want to gain an inch in length by this year.

1) Warmup 5 mins
2) Stretches 15 min (Requires assistance)
3) Wet jelqing 300 (Should this be increased per month?)
4) Re-warmup 5 mins
5) Jelq Squeeze 10 mins
6) Kegels e.a 5 seconds ( Should this be done when the penis is erect or flaccid? I feel kinda unsettled when I contract the BC muscle but my penis hardly moves in it’s flaccid state.)

It looks like you will have to modify your jelqing to correct your wayward foreskin.

There seems to be only two ways round this. Wet jelq with your foreskin covering your glans, but don’t allow your hand doing the jelqing to go over your glans, stop when it is an inch or so short, as given in the jelqing instructions.

If your foreskin is very tight then you will be using up a lot of time getting it to move backwards, so again, leave it forward.

The other way is to hold your foreskin back with one hand whilst jelqing with the other, but this is a bit unsatisfactory, given the two handed jelq recommended.

You might need to leave the assisted stretches until you have done some jelqing and hand stretches as (I presume you mean using a rod for stretching). This puts more severe strain on your dick and could lead to trouble until you have got used to exercising your dick. Just do hand stretches at first. They can get pretty hefty too so be careful. And DON’T stretch or bend when fully erect.

Kegels feel a bit strange at first like someone sticking a finger up your bum; as it’s a muscle you don’t work too hard, so let yourself get used to it It doesn’t really matter whether you are flaccid or hard, just do them . Occasionally you’ll get hard anyway. This shows they are working as the whole idea is to get stronger erections. As your muscle gets stronger your flaccid will move more but it isn’t a big thing. It’s the erect ones that you really need to develop .

Err, what I meant with assistance meant yours. Anyways thanks for the input but I am using stretches with my hands the problem is that my hands usually slip off , or if I use extra force to hold it my penis head starts to hurt, is this the way it’s supposed to be done?

What do you mean by slipping off?

Do you mean that your hand slips off over the skin, or your foreskin moves forward so it slips off that way.

At what point are you holding your penis? near the base, or near the head. If you are too near the head then the amount of blood you are pushing into the head will cause pain and problems.

Maybe your best bet is to hold the shaft and, as it were, turn you hand so you bend your penis and pull. That might give you extra ‘purchase’ on your dick and enable you to stretch. Have a look at the stretching instructions and see if one of those can give you a better way to suit you.

Have you tried an underhand grip rather than gripping with the back of yuur hand at the top. With an underhand grip you can release the pressure by relaxing a finger, which might stop too much pressure going into your head.

You may want to search for “dry Jelqing” I myself find this to be very effective for us uncut folks.

When I manually stretch I always grip just below the glans so I can’t slip away. At first it was difficult but after a couple of weeks I got used to it. Maybe I got a stronger grip or something. It’s important to grip hard though or else you’d slip away. You should know where to apply pressure. The place where you shouldn’t apply much pressure is on the upside of your dick where there’s a nerve connected to the glans. If you apply too much pressure there there’s no blood flow to the glans and we don’t want that to fall off don’t we? :p

Jelqing doesn’t seem to be a problem anymore as I take a little more time to reposition each grip. Stretching however still is, and by slipping off I mean the foreskin is pushed up. I’ve searched the site for grips and instructions on stretches but I can’t find much. Underhand technique being palm on top while thumb near base? If so it doesn’t work as it slips off. I’ve tried manipulating the grip in several ways but they all seem to slip off after 10-15 seconds. The grip at the base seemed like an extra slow jelq to me. All this time my penis was flaccid and dry, do I have to blow dry myself or something because this seems kinda unnatural that I’m the only one in this kinda situation.

Look, just use your glans so you don’t slip any further. You don’t have a glans that’s exactly the same width as your shaft right? so you couldn’t slip away. I perform 5 minute stretches in each direction and I don’t have any problems with this. I just have to switch hands occasionally when they get tired.

From what you say it seems that you grip your penis with the foreskin at the back, near the body and when you stretch your hand moves forward and takes up the slack foreskin.

If this is the case then pull your forskin forward until it is slighty under stretch and then grip your penis and stretch .

If you are concerned you will stretch your foreskin, yes this will happen; but one can only say that with luck you will stretch you dick as well and the two should increase together.

Other than that the only way would seem to be a V stretch and an inverted V stretch.

Doing this will hold your foreskin compressed against your dick and should allow a stretch without moving the foreskin forward.

I tried gripping the shaftish area again and when I pulled I felt a bit of tugging but more so of my skin. I didn’t feel the same feeling as I was doing V and inverted V stretches. Would the use of V and inverted V stretches pointing at side directions be good enough to lengthen myself because I still can’t perform regular stretches without slipping. I’m going to try out rubber gloves tomorrow, am I supposed to us the cleaning gloves or disposal latex ones?

You will feel the tugging on your skin rather than the ligament as there isn’t much of a nerve in the ligament. You only feel that when you get a fairly good pull on the ligs. (or at least that’s what happens with me!)

Yes sideways > are OK. For a pull to the right hold your penis in the crook of your thumb and forfinger with the palm facing your body, then push to the left with the left hand whilst pulling to the right with your right hand.

Do the opposite for a pull to the left..

Alternatively for a right pull you can place your L hand on your body with the left side of your hand pressing aginst the base of your penis and hold your shaft with the right hand and pull to the right. You can also use your right hand to pull to the left by usingthe left hand as a ‘mat’ while you bend your penis round to the right with you R hand. Your R thumb can turn on your left hand to give more traction.

Gloves will make no difference if it is your foreskin that is moving over your shaft when you pull. Use no lubricant for stretching, just for jelqing. If the palms of your hands are sweating then gloves would be best. Household cleaning glovs are OK if you use them only on your penis those that have been in detergent or chemicals even after rinsing may still contain traces that could irritate your skin. Other than that use what is available - Not industrial gloves though!

The V or > stretches are simply an alternative to the regular stretch and can be used in place of the regular, All you have to remember is they all stretch. Some are better for some individuals than others so just use those which you get the best results from.

You can always make slight alteration to those suggested, Just make sure that when you try something different do it with low pressure or tension at first; until you know it is reasonably safe.
