would clamping break down a plaque

Hi guys how are you doing .
I got a plaque accompanied with a dent at left side of my penis and lower eq 2 years ago , im wondering if double clamping would break down that plaque and make it healthy again , because i still want to gain size .

Any one had the same problem ??? any ideas ??.

In my opinion, intense brief attacks like clamping, wont make it better. Can even strengthen the collagen concentration there.

The proven methods to combat the plaque is extenders and lately one special device similar to extender, called restorex.
That would apply a continuous therapy to correct that with some science behind.

I am considering getting this device for PE. I was told by a urologist that I have an injury. However, I don’t believe it. I didn’t do anything to warrant an injury on my dick but since people here are using US for PE I might as well kill two birds. Problem is I want to use it for clamping, which is probably not the smartest exercise to do if you have scar tissue and plaque.
