Your right about the fact that they don’t know. Some time exercise hurts, but its not REAL pain. Yes that is good, you are doing it right. No it can’t desensitize your willy, it hardens the skin on your unit!!!

Are you sure this is your first newbie session? Well you might have done something wrong. You might have jelqed while you were erect. Which could lead to that. The purple might just be veins but just be on the safe side with red dots, stop until you cant see them anymore before you work out.

As far as how hard you squeeze, you only squeeze hard enough so that the blood flows from the base to the tip and you can repeat that over and over again. Your not trying to choke your dick, but you are trying to push the blood through. Squeeze light at first and slowly increase how hard you squeeze until you feel that you are getting a good work out. On a feel basis, it feels bad then stop. Feels good, well you might have to stop too…Just find your balance.

Ya this was the very first time I have ever done the full newbie session. I jelqed when my dick was hanging down alot , I don’t really no what percent exactly. I was going for 60 % because im focusing on length first then width , but i no it was between 40 - 70. I realized i was probably squeezing to hard I’m going to take it slower , how long does it usually take for the spots to clear up?

Hey guys (ERambone)! I’m fairly new, made a few posts but mostly have lurked for a month. I’ve seen some definite increase in size both flaccid and erect states. I have a question though. How do I “cement” my gains. Like I said, I’m still doing the routine but in the event that I must stop, I want to cement what I have. Also, how much of the size will I retain and for how long (I’m sure that the cementing won’t last forever.. Or will it?)

Oh and sorry about the “.” Thunder, I felt it was a valuable contribution to the post “insert smiley face here”

Thanks for replying ERambone. While I completely agree with and respect your response about PE being about penile health, that is not why I or I would guess most if not all people start a PE program. I mean what does PE stand for, penis enlargement right? I’m fairly young, and did not for an instant start looking at PE material because I was lacking in penile health. I can get an maintain erections without any problem, my libido is very high, etc. Etc. What I’m lacking, or what I perceive myself to be lacking is in the size department. That’s why I do PE, with the hopes of an end result being a larger penis. If my penile health is improved as a result, awesome but the numbers are where my focus is. I’m not writing off it’s other benefits and would never harp on anyone else for their motivation behind PE. But I think we all get into this, initially, for a bigger penis. I’m in my 20s and really don’t see a point to keep doing PE, personally, if I’m not going to get any gains despite my best effort (subjective). I’m not against putting the time, effort, energy into it but I need to know I’ll get a payout, otherwise what’s the point personally? I’ve been doing PE of 24 weeks (starting this week), and have yet to see any gains (girth or length). Like I said I’m not looking for a miracle, but 1/4 of an inch or even 1/8 of an inch would’ve been nice to quell any doubts and let me know what I was doing was working.

Anyway, thanks for responding and thanks for the motivational words. I’ll keep trying, but maybe some people just never gain.

I say an 1/8 is not enough to say PE is working. It can be a size increase from erection quality alone. So 1/4 or more I think.

There are people who join thunders who do take months, if not years, to see significant gains. BUT, after some time there will be gains. Again, there WILL BE, gains at some point or another. You just have to be patient, i’m no doctor, but I do know that PE works. It worked on me and countless others and I am sure that after some point the gains will come. There will be a payout for you, it just isn’t coming as fast as most would like. What is 15 minutes a day to increase the size of your penis? I would easily sacrifice those minutes for the simple promise that gains would come. Its worth it. I do understand where you are coming from, but wait this out. This is the free, healthy and probably one of the few ways to increase the size of your penis. THink of how crazy that sounds, “increase the size of your penis”, we’re lucky to have even fallen upon such techniques that could enlarge what represents our most prized manhood. All I’m saying is be patient.

Cementing is simple. Do your regular routine for at least an extra 2-3 months after you want to stop. You will eventually lose some gains, but if you are gaining with jelqs and stretches, the gains you will lose will be marginal to none.

Besides, you can always randomly do a couple of tugs and jelqs here and there after you quit just to “keep in shape” in a sense. I’m sure it can’t hurt. How much will be retained? No way to tell, but from personal experience you wont lose your actual gains for a while andddddd say you gained an inch right, the most you could lose (I’m guessing but going with what people claim on forums) is probably less than a 1/3-1/4th at most. I’ve only ever heard of people losing most of their gains when all they did is pump.
