I have a question for you. I have been basically doing the newbie routine pretty consistently since this past March. I think I got very small gains so far(still not sure if I measured wrong, or erection quality has improved). I feel like have conditioned my penis and am ready to move on to somewhat more intense exercises. Although I do Uli’s and an occasional clamp, I decided a couple weeks ago that I am going to solely concentrate on length first and after I reach my goal length, I will start working on girth.

So, the question is, in your opinion what is the most effective way to achieve erect length. Would you say hanging is the best? Or should I just intensify my manual stretching, or throw in an ADS?

Just wondering what you think works the best.

if you lose weight, your BP should stay the same while your NBP increases. Masturbation alone has no effects on gains.

I have yet to hang, but I have heard nothing but great things about it. I suggest you try some varied stretches and then if you still feel that Jelqing and Manual Stretches still are not enough, move on to hanging.

There are so many options, and a lot of those options work really good for some and do not work at all for others. Test it out. Experiment just a little bit, but I’m a firm believer that you should always keep up with the newbie routine as long as possible. (I’m really drunk and I’m actually surprised I was able to type this good so sorry about not giving you a very direct answer).

I think I hurt my frenulum because of the grip I use for stretching. How much time off is too much time off? Is there anything I can do during time off? Night and morning wood doesn’t help much either. It’s been about a week, every other night I try to do about 20 jelqs while holding my foreskin to keep from stressing it.

I have a few questions I haven’t been able to find answers for. (Hopefully I’ll get them here)

First background info -

If an erect penis that goes straight forward (level with the floor) is a 90 degree angle, and a penis 180 degrees is flat against your stomach. I have a penis about 50 degrees with a slight bend in the middle. I also have a small head and (slack) skin when I have an erection, and I can quite get fully hard.

My questions are -

How can I not only eliminate my downward curve and make it and upward curve ?

How can I get my erection level over 90 degree, maybe 100 or 120 ?

How can I get my penis head bigger ?

How can I make my penis so that when I achieve an erection the skin is tight and not loose at all ?

How can I achieve a fully hard erection ?

Try V stretching for a while to reduce the downward curve.

You can get your glans bigger by using jelq and holds, ulis, sadsak head exercise. Increasing glans size is much harder than that of the shaft.

When erect, if you want your skin to be tight, IMO you have to gain some girth to fill it up.

Use kegels and reverse kegels to increase you erection quality, over time that is.
