Have you had any injury problems? I’ve been doing it a couple days and I’ve noticed a couple red spots on the very tip. I think it’s mainly from stretching because I have a hard time getting a grip, but the jelqing probably doesn’t help either. Haven’t felt any pain, though.

Here is a question for you.

I get hard very easily. So when I do manual stretches (v-stretch, pull and hold), I tend to get semi. I don’t like that because I know stretching with erection is dangerous and you don’t get a good workout out of it.

What do you suggest?

Red spots are normal for a newbie because of the increased blood flow. It’s just because your penis is expanding.

For those of you who tend to get an erection during streching, try doing an intense kegel routine before you strech. It will tire your penis out a bit.

Whats the best day on/ day off regime? Currently doing 5 on 2 off, is it too much?

Only you can really answer that. How do things feel on that routine for you? Are you having erection issues? I follow a 5 on, 2 off routine with no problems.

What is a good age to start jelq?

Here’s another one. Is it a lot harder to do the dry jelq if you’re circumcised and are there any tricks?

5 on/2 off is standard. I do 1 on, 1 off, but I’m doing jelqs, clamps, and o-bends so it’s pretty intense.
