This is my first post, I think this is a great forum, keep up the good work everyone.
I have read lots of threads on this forum, but need more detail in a few areas for my routine.
Hence here are some questions (I started yesterday).
Stretching:
I have started doing 3x up, down, left, right for 30 seconds each
*) When doing this, it feels as tho I am stretching the skin around the base of my penis, more-so than the actual penis.is this right? Otherwise, how do I get to stretch the penis itself?
*) As stretching comes first on the Newbie routine (which I’m doing) I usually get an erection.pretty much full straight away, is it alright to stretch like this? It goes away after a bit, but I’d prefer to get on with it, as I don’t want to spend longer than I have to.
*) Does it matter where you hold your penis when you perform the stretches? If I hold the gap between the glans and the penis (like in the videos) it slips out of my hand.so I have to grab it around the body (this mostly occurs when stretching upwards for me).
Jelqing:
I am doing approx 100 alt left/right underhand OK grips and 100 alt left/right overhand OK grips (wet)
*) What level of pressure should you apply when jelqing? Do you squeeze very hard?
*) When the guides say make sure jelqs are consistent, does that mean give it similar levels of pressure across the whole penis? I.e. On thinner part squeeze harder than thicker part?
*) (Related to previous question) my penis shape is odd (or probably normal/untrained) as it is MUCH thicker from around a little after the base of the penis till the end, and then it is slightly smaller again at the end, before the gland.it’s supposed to be like that right? As it is thinner at the base of the penis (the unseen part) is it good to squeeze much harder here than you would in the middle of the penis? Will this help it to become thicker like the rest of the penis?
*) With the OK grips, do you need to have the palm touching/rubbing on the penis when jelqing?
*) Must you hold the other hand at the base when jelqing? I.e. One hand to jelq, other to hold base? I don’t always do this, as I need to hold my balls down sometimes, as otherwise the skin attached to the balls and lower penis interrupts the jelq (I.e. I can’t jelq the penis properly near the end towards the gland).
*) My penis has a slight bend towards the left around the midway point.it’s still straight, it just bends a little to the left then goes straight again. What side of my penis do I jelq more to possibly correct this? I.e. With what hand and what grip?
Kegels:
*) I’m alright with these.they are really simple.you can do them practically anywhere! That’s great!
After all this (my first 2 days) my penis isn’t very sore.is this right? I haven’t had sex (ever yet.) or masturbated since starting, but I’m unsure if I’m doing it right, as from some weight training I’ve done, I’ve found hurting leads to gains etc.
Sorry for the exhausting amount of questions, I’m just anxious to make sure that I’ve got the right technique so I can grow! My goal is to be like Evan Stone! That would be mad! Ha Ha :D
