Couldn’t agree more about constant heat unlocking gains. I don’t think I will get serious about clamping after reading this though.

I am contrasting lighter and longer with shorter and more intense.

i.e. it’s better to stretch not too hard for a longer time than to stretch very hard for a short time. It’s better to jelq with a less intense grip for 15 minutes than a very tight grip for 5 minutes. It’s better to pump at a lower vacuum for a long time than a high vacuum for a short time. It’s better to hang with a lighter weight for a long time than a heavy weight for a short time. etc.

firegoat is fully RETIRED from Thundersplace.

All injuries happen from "too much", or "too much, too soon" or "doing the exercise incorrectly".

Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. The ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth. Basics.... firegoat roll How to use the Search button for best results

I like this.

How common is toughening of the ligaments in PE?

Any collagenous tissue will adapt to the load placed on it.

Consistently place a heavy load on it which it feels places it under considerable stress and it will adapt by getting stronger, increasing the type of tissue that resists heavy loads.

Place a lighter load on it that encourages it to stretch over the time the load is applied for, but which does not unduly stress it, and it will learn to stretch, adding the type of tissue that allows it to elongate.

Excuse my ignorance if you’ve mentioned this in the prior posts but if one was to toughen the ligaments to the extent of no given progress, how would he go on to progress in PE? Applying MORE loads?

The best option for someone who hasn’t had gains for more than 3-4 months despite trying different exercises etc. is to take a deconditioning break. That is, to stop doing PE for a period of time. Some find that 3 months is OK, but I always found the tissue ‘remembered’ the strength it had reached and recovered that strength very fast after a 3 month break. I’ve taken year long breaks a couple of times.

Sooo, yeah I’ll ask this. I’ll be that guy.

Where is the post or info on firegoat rolls? This is new to me.

I have searched by name and author, and no definitive thread. If someone could be so kind, I would really appreciate a nod in the right direction to check this out!

You could just go to post #51 of this thread. The post is titled ‘How to do a firegoat roll’ :)

Not sure If my english is allowing me to understand this. If I keep PEing lightly (not forcing the stretch, low % erection and light grip jelq, low pressure pumping) I won’t be necessary need to take deconditioning breaks?

Already following a lightest approach possible to not stay away from PE, long-resting. Working my penis on mondays, wednesday and fridays.

Not looking for fast gains or stuck my mind in setting gains, just want to enjoy as most as I can, for very very long time.

Light penis workout (for a long time) will be toughening of the ligaments?

From now on, will only be increasing “time” (If necessary). Makes sense this approach?

Light penis workout with long sessions will not toughen the ligaments much. That will avoid the need for deconditioning breaks.
Hard/heavy workouts, even if they are short time, will toughen the ligaments.
It is better to increase time but not increase intensity.

Understand, thank’s alot for the clarification, very well accepted.

Sorry, was rushing my mind to lunch hour and forgot to ask the following:

Supposing I increase my pumping in 5 minutes (currently doing 5 minutes), then what’s the better option:

One set of 10 minutes;
Two sets of 5 minutes;

Same applies to others exercises, like stretching?
