1 month measure on the 22nd

I started PE 1 month ago come the 22nd. I plan on taking monthly measure. Is there a length of time recommended off before i measure? Is it absolutely necessary to take off to get an accurate measure?

I’ve read it recommended to measure after 2 to 3 days, of not doing pe, for accuracy of real size. As far as how often to measure it’s up to you, but I try not to measure too often because it just makes me too mental looking for an increase. Your once a month sounds reasonable to me. I believe it has been said that being patient about looking and measuring once every 3 months might be best, but not many may have that kind of patience.

…and if you become a “measure adict” youll maybe be discouraged, so 1 month seems fine, and if in one month you see no gains (and i mean ABSOLUTELY NO GAINS), you can change your routine a little to “push a little harder”, and see that way, which routine fits you the best! :D
