#Heat is Beneficial to PE#

1. Heat makes tissues more malliable and therefore less prone to injury when attempting to slightly deform the tissue

2. Heat decreases viscosity of fluids, allowing them to flow more freely, transporting waste away from stressed tissue, delivering nutrients to tissues in need.

2. Gymnasts and martial arts people use years of stretching techniques to permanently elongate muscles, tendons and connective tissue.

Perseverance and belief are key to the practice of PE. Without the mindset of enjoyment and an inevitable victory the process turns into drudgery that your mind and body will dread performing.

Your penis does not owe you gains. You persuade it to grow over time, with effort and intent with the resolve to continue until your goal is reached.

Then: 6.25" x 4.37" in 8/2009 Are you new to PE? Here's some advice I wish someone had given me when I first started.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

I heard that gymnasts have some wicked thick tendons and connective tissue compared to normal folks.

#Being relaxed and well rested makes all the difference in session quality#

I think there is alot going on here, from blood flow to the ‘slight horniness’ required for jelqing I find that if I’m generally feeling good, have slept well, and do a 10 min relaxation excercise before my session it goes perfectly. The tissues relax. Erection level is perfect and commandable. When I wake up from a nap and my dick is bigeat flaccid possible, it’s perfect for PE.

Conversely, being tense, stressed out, and crusty feeling is just about the worst state you can do PE in. Feels like wrestling with a bit of cold meat. And recovery sucks.
