For those that don’t wanna read my report I’ve gained .5" in NBPEL, .25 in BPEL and .125" in EG

My routine
1-2hrs in a vacextender, 1 hr up and 1 hr down
1 or 2 20 mins sessions hanging 12lbs
10-20 mins jelquing in the shower
Ill wear my anti turtle sleeve when I work and sometime my ads when I go out but only for 4 hrs max and I don’t really get to hang or jelq every day like id like to so wearing my extender is the only thing ill do 6-7 days a week
