6” flaccid straight out of a warm shower. 7” ebpl and thicker than ever. Have not measured in a while but after a long break from PE slowly worked my way up to 500 jelques a few times a week and some light stretching in between. It feels good to be back into it.

It only grows about an inch either way when erect, but it gets erect EASY.

My stats are similar.


Before: 7” bpel * 4.9” meg

Current stats: 8” bpel * 5.2” meg

5.5” beg; 4.5” geg

Good stuff guys! I remember when i was maybe 2.5” to 3.5” flaccid and under 6” erect. There is NO downside to having a bigger dick! Good luck to everyone out there working on their PE! It takes time and patience but it works.

A big flaccid has always been my goal. I am working towards it. I just posted some pics in the members pic section (first time taking pics), but they are nothing like what you got.

Wow….I am envious of that 6” flaccid. Any way to get a picture of that thing?

I used to take many pictures when i started PE until one of my employees happened to walk into my office and look at my computer. As i closed a few windows to show her something one of my pics appeared… even just for a split second since i quickly closed it… and she covered her face and said “Please don’t tell me that was a picture of you naked!” Days later at a happy hour i told her i was participating in an experiment and left it at that. She seemed to accept this and never brought it up. LOL… i’m sure she’s mentioned it to her friends and probably others at the office.

A big floppy flaccid is a wonderful thing because it leaves a natural bulge in your pants as you move, looks great during a shower and feels so nice dragging across my lover’s face before she makes it hard for a bj or a fucking.

I am not always 6” flaccid. But after a bit of morning PE that’s what it is. Depending on the day i could be much less but never one to one and a half inches like years ago prior to PE. Over the years i’ve found after flaccid gains comes erect gains.

I just read my stats and realized if i kept at PE since 2003 (i believe i stopped in 2006) i’d have an 8” cock! My lover said she was at a sex toy store and thinks i am closer to the 8” dildos. Measured from the side i’m 7.5” and this may be one of the reasons women are inaccurate with their guestimates. We measure from the top. From the side the measurements are longer.

What do you think is the main thing that’s attributed to your flaccid length + girth?

Stretching for length. Everything i do is manual but i am persistent. Typically i warm up while standing then i go into a crouch and pull straight down for 60 seconds with the right then left hand. For a while i was reaching behind and pulling between my butt cheeks but have not done this in years. I like to do 6 minutes minimum each workout but have gone 20+ minutes on occasion. Setting up the clock in my bedroom so i can see it during PE allows my mind to wander without worrying about counting to 60.

Jelq for girth. I love to jelq! After stretching i jelq. I remember starting at 10 per hand and working up to 250 per hand. 500 a day has become my current routine.

I did this at work today in the bathroom. If you think about your day you can fit PE in and remain stealth. My best workouts are done right out of the shower but only if time permits.

Nice. I’m not doing PE right now but trying to find something that would work for me. It would seem that I try to treat myself like a program and I always throw a segfault along the way. After reading a bit something like your routine is something that would appeal most to me. I’ve done some experimenting and have found a 15-30 minute shower routine is something I’d enjoy.

Part 1: The daily shower

  1. 5 minutes optional warmup clamping before shower.
  2. 5 minutes Wash/scrub etc, regular shower things. Acts as a warmup.
  3. 5 minutes stretching: 15-30 second holds depending on how I’m feeling it with 5 second breaks between.
  4. 10-15 minutes jelqing: 10 second jelqs maintaining a 50-80% erection. Counting doesn’t work for me here. (I can cut this down to 5 if I don’t have that much time that day).
  5. 5 minutes stretching, same as above but it’s the warmdown session. (I can remove this all together if I don’t have enough time that day)

Part 2: Extra time on my hands
  1. ~5/~5 minutes of stretching/jelqing

With part 1 I have something daily and part 2 I can do small sessions whenever I have time.

A 6” flaccid is very impressive indeed.

I noticed you put a lot of down to stretching and I must say it’s something I neglected for quite a while but now that I can’t do pe regularly I’m making sure I stretch whenever I’m able to fit in a short session and it’s immensely beneficial.

Those who stretch a lot may be able to explain this better than myself but after stretching your penis hangs longer, expands easier and takes on a larger flaccid appearance. It also sets you up nicely for any further exercises you wish to carry out like jelqs or clamping. The other factor that I’ve discovered while having these snatched stretching sessions is that heat is you’re very best friend on this planet and then some!

I try to apply heat throughout my entire pe sessions and my penis loves me (literally) for it. It expands, becomes very spongy and pliable and responds wonderfully to any and all stimulation and exercise. It also aids towards my recovery and reduces post workout soreness.


Starting stats:- Dec11th2008 7.2"bpelx6" meg.Mar23rd09 8.375"bpel x 6.125"meg. Mar10 8.4" bpelx6.125" meg.

Goal: 8"nbpel x 7" A one eyed monster by any standard :)
