A Primer to Clamping & the OLF/OLR Method

(I can always get Great EQ everyday) Probably due to the fact I sleep for a long time, between 8-11 hours. I don’t take rest days very often unless I get injured (hurt my frenulum the other week from rubbing like way to hard with not enough lube). But generally in my PE routine I don’t find much need to take them.

I cannot comprehend how you cannot get fatigued from clamping. I am just assuming that your are not clamping properly.

I don’t think we need to discuss this further. Do what works best for you.

Why would they not be inferior? It is on the 2-clamp people to provide the proof of its superiority. Is it because it can constrict more blood, as each individual clamp does not constrict well? That is inferior to the air clamp which constricts perfectly, or my method of wrapping which also constricts perfectly.

Normal clamp fits the penile shape better. Do you have a round penis?

Well from my experience, two clamps creates more pressure and more fatigue. That leads to gains (for me at least). No my penis in not perfectly round but a hose clamp creates more pressure by squeezing the entire penis circumference rather than mainly on the sides as with a clamp.

Please read the original post in the thread for details on why I clamp the way I do. I describe my method, it should answer your questions :) .

Thank you for this, LongVehicle.

I just read this whole thread and I find this methodology quite excellent in theory and I look forward to test it out in practice.

Earlier when clamping, I really had no plan on how to approach my clamping so it became a lot of stumbling around in the dark with decreased EQ and eventually quitting.

A few questions for you:

1) Do you recommend clamping exclusively as the best exercise for girth or would there be any benefits of combining it with water pumping? Or would it be better to cycle them and use each separately for different cycles?

2) Any further thoughts or guidelines regarding the length of the OLF cycle?

3) Any guidelines for how many sets per day would be needed? I know that if I do 3-4 sets of 10-15 minutes daily I will reach fatigue and be able to overload fatigue within a reasonable time line. From reading your journal and if I remember correctly, you did a lot more than that.

4) Would this approach make sense with hanging as well? I`m guessing the OLF cycles would have to be longer though.

Thank you for your organized post, Renholder.

1. I believe there is an added benefit of using them both. The problem is that fatigue can be reached so easily when doing so. One has to practice to find an amount of stimulus that can cause growth from each exercise that is not too high when they are combined.

2. Mini-cycles, as I wrote recently. I am sure they are ideal. mOLF and MOLF, as Equine Rooster did.

3. What I did was very negative, but I had to do it to learn. I do not recommend you go that high on fatigue, ever - not for risk of injury, but simply because gains will be severely constrained. The penis must be able to recover, mini cycles with mini OLR breaks, major OLR breaks, and relatively lower fatigue that is still carried ensures this.

4. Xenolith seems to have pioneered an approach that was almost identical to mine. I was totally unaware of this but came across it in discussions with Sparkyx. Intuitively, I do not think that this is ideal for hanging, but I cannot really say why (because I don’t agree with any logical statement for why it wouldn’t work, and yet empirical evidence seems to indicate it won’t).

So you’re saying no OLF/OLR would work best for hanging because of empirical evidence. Also Big Girtha, basically the most famous clamper on Thunders used to clamp more than anyone, every day, some weekends solidly all day. So obviously your OLF/OLR method isn’t applicable to that either.

I also use that method and it definitely creates more pressure leading to be expansion, it could only be considered inferior in that more base girth is being pressured which doesn’t really lead to growth, that I can see. I would like to fix that really.

Big Girtha is/was crazy!

Great gains, incredible even but CRAZY!

I am not clamping all day long and going to the extremes for anyone, I’m sorry I love my dick too much to do that.

Starting stats:- Dec11th2008 7.2"bpelx6" meg.Mar23rd09 8.375"bpel x 6.125"meg. Mar10 8.4" bpelx6.125" meg.

Goal: 8"nbpel x 7" A one eyed monster by any standard :)

Audacia,

Please read Big Girtha’s story in closer detail to notice that he alternated his clamping marathons with exclusive length work for a number of days - heavy volume with significant rest.

Please read more, I will not respond to your posts on this thread again until you do. This is not the first time that I have noticed this about your posts.

Thanks, LongVehicle.

I`ll look into what Equine Rooster did.

I will not and I could not have done as many sets as you did anyway :) Do you think 3-4 sets per day on my OLF days will be enough, provided that I reach enough cumulative fatigue after a few days or slightly longer?

I have to take a break from my hanging routine now and I am considering girth work since it should be less time consuming. If I need any more than 3-4 sets daily to be successful though, I will not bother since I can`t spend that much time at the moment. My days of dabbling with PE are gone.

How is your water pumping working for you btw? I miss your progress report.

You’re absolutely welcome, Renholder.

It really depends on the level of force you are using, the TUC, and the state of your body’s recovery system. Generally though, I think (in my experience) that with TUC = 10, I have been able to achieve a good level of fatigue in my 2 day micro cycles by doing 3-4 sets after each other, with little time in between. Remember to make sure you feel the pressure in your penis, particularly at the beginning (so you’re not simply cutting off blood, it’s about expansion), and try this system with little time between sets (5-10 minutes). Three sets might be perfect.

I am beginning to seriously believe that girth work significantly reduces length gain potential. I believe it is because of the nature of girth increases, girth stimuli seem to be prone to cause tissue toughening (this is just what I’ve come to believe, I have no evidence). If you are very serious about length work (as I am not), and looking to gain more than an inch more, I’d advise you stay away from girth work. Better to be safe than sorry.

Excellently, thanks for asking. I think I have gained more girth, but I have been reluctant to measure. I’m sure at some point I’ll decide to return to the progress report, just not yet.

Excellent, LongVehicle!

The way you describe it is just like I did it in the past, except that I did not have the OLF/OLR methodology to guide me and my EQ went down the toilet and I eventually quit. It`s encouraging to hear that you think 3 sets may be enough.

Regarding length, I am aware of the dangers, but since I am now close to 7.4 BPEL (not official yet), it would not be a disaster if I could not gain more length since I should be able to please 90% of the female population with this length. My final goal is 8.0 BPEL, but my life does not depend on it. Getting 0.6” more in length should be possible in the long term though.

Since my girth is not very big (4.9” EG) and it is the only PE I will have the time to do in the coming months, I`m thinking what the hell :)

Getting 0.6” more in length should be possible in the long term though.

If girth work does cause tissue toughening then couldn’t you just take a big decon break? And it goes back to pretty much normal afterwards? Oh and don’t be a stuck up saying you’re not going to respond, I just read things on girthas clamping thread, he didn’t take any rest days in along time so assumed he always did clamping.

You should also measure and let us know how your mini cycles have worked for you.

I guess we’re at the same length then. I feel the same way, I want to reach 8, but I realize it’s not anywhere near as important to girth for me. In addition, that extra 0.6 would be possible to reach even with the girth work…it’s just the 2 more inches of length goals that I think I can’t pursue.

4.9” isn’t bad, within 6 months you’ll be on the large side! We’re rooting for you.
