A year of pe with no gains, going to start over again with monkeybars products!!

Hello all,

I am very depressed, I have been doing pe since around July last year with no gains. I did think I had gained, but I think it was more down to getting a stronger erection following the newbie routine.

I have tried the newbie routine, then clamping and hanging. Maybe sometimes I have over-trained, maybe sometimes I have under-trained I don’t no. I have also found everything dam uncomfortable, and because of this have recently just been training very casually.

I have been patient, and even considered having a penis enlargement operation, I am having one last shot before I take that road though. Well I have ordered an Air Clamp,a Vacu-Hanger and an Autoads from Monkeybar, all of the products he has to offer look way more comfortable than the other equipment I have used. Well This equipment is going to be part of my new routine and I cannot wait to start, I have a 6” X 5” penis and I am dam well going to get it to 7”x 5.5”.

Drilla is my inspiration, as he is in possesion of my dream penis and I wish I could have him as my guru. I know he does not live to far away from me to.:D

What was your routine may I ask?
I personally have seen only small gains which are probably due to harder erections myself. After 10 weeks.
Only about 1/8 of an inch in length and about the same in girth.
After an exciting start I am a little disheartened…
Could I be overtraining myself I wonder…

I guess some people just have a harder time. Hobby posted a link to an autopsy study, and it showed that most people had two layers of tunica, a few had one layer and very few had three layers. You might want to decondition yourself before you start anew. And then start at the lowest possible load to see if that gives any result before you move on to higher loads/intensity. Might even want to consider giving IPR a shot.

But going for surgery? Bad idea.

Sacred my routine started off with wearing the penimaster for 3-4 hours a day nearly ever day. and the newbie routine 2 days on 1 day off. I did this for around 5 months I think, but found everything I did uncomfortable, now I have just been doing casual hanging and clamping. Basically I have sort of lost all enthusiasm for pe, but now I have decided on getting Moneybag’s equipment, I am looking forward to starting again.

GonaB, sorry to hear of your stalled progress. I’ve been doing PE for three months, using the “keep it stretched as much as possible, with intermittent high-intensity hanging loads” theory. I have Bigger’s hanger, and Monty’s PE weights. During the day I am hanging until discomfort. If I am doing heavy hangs then the sets are 20 minutes, otherwise I might hang for longer. Generally, I am hanging between 10 and 20 lbs per set, tow to three times per day. In between hanging sets I use Monty’s weights.

It’s quite possible that I am just lucky, although I was never a fast muscle gainer until I started Pete Sisco’s routine. At any rate, I have grown enough that I am getting stares, some open-mouthed, and am bottoming out in almost every position my wife and I use. She has asked me to stop the PE gains altogether. The other night there was about an inch I could not get in her.

I thought about not posting, because I didn’t want to pile on your bad feelings, but this has worked for me, and it might just be the routine that’s doing it. PE does work, and I would hesitate on the operation, if I were you. Good luck.

Chin up gonabbiger, I bet you’ve been overtraining your poor dinkle. You doing much manual work? I’ve been stretching manually when I can find a spare moment and I feel it might be getting somewhere, even though theoretically it’s harder to gain length after girth.

Though the new-fangled equipment costs money, it may help give you the push you need to persevere. I was just daydreaming about making my own pump for a while there - madness really..:p

This is the thing I think that deterrs ALOT of people, some don’t see results for a good few months. Apart from the improved erections I have only seen very small gains. But I have hope still.

Sacred you are already at my 1st goal size, I am trying not to be jealous.:D

Gonabbiger I thought I was the only one here with no gains. For me it’s been a year as well and I’m the same in that I don’t whether I’ve over-trained, under-trained or whatever.

I’m focussing now on hanging, clamping and a lot of manual stretches and sometimes I think there’s something happening but I kind of think it’s more optimism than anything else.

And yes, I’ve got my own home made hangers that are never really that uncomfortable so I’ll be very interested to see how you go with your new equipment … keep us posted, and don’t give up. Although nothing much is happening for me I’m quite determined and am here for the long haul.

I think you will get results from MonkeyBar’s products. I bought his vacu-hanger with the ads attachment about six weeks ago because I wanted to increase my length gains. I have been very happy with the results so far. I have not measured yet, but I have a longer flaccid hang without a doubt.

I started with five pounds and now am up to ten pounds for 3, 20 minute sets. The ads device is comfortable to use and effective also. My only problem has been blisters on the head, which caused me to take about ten days off. I think the problem was that I hung for an hour at 10 pounds without a break, followed by a three hour ads session. Not bright, but I was excited by the effectiveness of the products.

Thanks doggmann, that is good to know I cannot wait to use MonkeyBar’s Vacu-hanger. I was thinking of doing 4 sets of 10 minutes, with 5 pounds 2 days on and one day off. Do you think that workout will prevent me getting blisters. I am so depressed at not gaining, I am in it for the long haul but need to see something happening soon.

Also— apologies if it sounds like a weird question, but is your significant-other particularly petite, or is she more average size?

Apologies if that sounds too weird, but I’ve no idea how my new length is going to affect penetration since I’ve not had sex since before I started PE.
