I am going to do MANUAL STRETCHING

NoT because I don’t believe thos of you who have gained length from jelqing, but because I jelqed for 10 weeks and gained nothing. I wanted to started hanging again but my skin is to feeble and iritable for it.

I did about 45 minutes of stretching tonight and here’s the new question:

I finally was able to feel a real good stretch when I pulled down (on my ligs).. Now that I’ve got a grasp on that-or atleast for the time being, should I work just the ligs-as if I were hanging for lig gains.or should I stretch at ALL angles (which I did tonight)? I felt a great pull upward too on the bottom of the penis, ( felt it in my balls), straight out-left and right, some fulcrum stretching.

Concentrate on just the ligs, or hit all angles?

I feel like I should hit the ligs only/ as much as possible since the idea is that you expose more of the penis you already have.yet I personally don’t really believe hitting the tunica creates new “tissue” and making the penis “grow”. It seems more like pulling at upper angles also helps the more of the inner penis be exposed.

Any thoughts?

I’d say hit all four angles, left, right, up and down and straight out to get the best possible outcome… you realize the suspensory ligament that gets stress when you stretch down is probaly the most important but isn’t the only ligaments you should hit IMO. There is also the fundiform ligaments which wrap all around the penis at the base and sides for the left and right manual stretchs.

Tiger you might consider doing both jelqing and stretching and 10 weeks is not a long time

I didn’t realize there was a jelqing debate.

Ten weeks is not a long time at all when it comes to PE. And it sounds to me like you’re getting a little impatient here. Why didn’t you just start with the Newbie Routine, which includes jelqing and stretching? Did you decide in the beginning that all you’re going to do is jelq, and now that you feel that’s not working, all you’re going to do is stretch? That really makes no sense.

If I were you, I’d start doing the Newbie Routine, but just increase the time or reps, being that you’ve been PE’ing somewhat for a couple months already. From there, you can start incorporating more advanced exersizes, slowly over time.

Don’t try and reinvent the wheel. Gains don’t happen overnight, or a few weeks, or sometimes even months.

And I DID stretch when I jelqed those 10 weeks

Stretch in ALL angles. Rotary stretches cover this, but do some manual angled stretches too. Cranks are cool too.
