After all the jelqing debate.
I am going to do MANUAL STRETCHING
NoT because I don’t believe thos of you who have gained length from jelqing, but because I jelqed for 10 weeks and gained nothing. I wanted to started hanging again but my skin is to feeble and iritable for it.
I did about 45 minutes of stretching tonight and here’s the new question:
I finally was able to feel a real good stretch when I pulled down (on my ligs).. Now that I’ve got a grasp on that-or atleast for the time being, should I work just the ligs-as if I were hanging for lig gains.or should I stretch at ALL angles (which I did tonight)? I felt a great pull upward too on the bottom of the penis, ( felt it in my balls), straight out-left and right, some fulcrum stretching.
Concentrate on just the ligs, or hit all angles?
I feel like I should hit the ligs only/ as much as possible since the idea is that you expose more of the penis you already have.yet I personally don’t really believe hitting the tunica creates new “tissue” and making the penis “grow”. It seems more like pulling at upper angles also helps the more of the inner penis be exposed.
Any thoughts?
