Double cosign on this. If you have ever had surgery, (in some other part of your body), it’s that same deep itching feeling at the incision when you are healing.
I also get the urethra sensation. In my mind I imagine that it is being pulled by the other tissues. It’s like it is the last tissue to grow, or it is slower to grow.
But I have a hard time replicating the workout(s) that make this happen during the subsequent days off. Lately I have been thinking that I am not paying close enough attention during the workout. I use jelqing. I am wondering if there are very subtle differences in the sensations I should be feeling during the workout. Get the workout just right in terms of erection level, grip strength, etc, and the rest days after get me the right feelings and a gain. But the differences during the workouts are very subtle, and difficult to remember in order to replicate.
I need to somehow make the proper notation in my log regarding these subtle differences so later if I feel the itching I can attempt to replicate that workout. But the problem is the usual stuff like number of reps, etc. doesn’t seem to describe the workout well enough. There seems to be a certain quality aspect to the workout that I need to be able to describe for later reference.
Sorry its a bit of a high jack, but I think the itching thing may an important part of PE, and replicating the workout(s) that produce then becomes very important. Perhaps more adjectives/observations are needed in my log.
Stuff like “good workout”, “was very horny afterwards”, “slight ache 1/2 way through”, “nice and plump throughout workout”, “no problem keeping it at the desired erection level” are some ways of describing a good workout that come to mind. Any other quality based descriptions?
