OK dudes, here is what I did this month:
Warm up: 5 minutes (rice sock)
Basic stretches: 3 sets of 30 seconds, (in each direction, making my hand vibrates, I think this way I feel a better stretch, but not sure)
Jelqs: 100-180
Penis massage: 5 minutes
Kegels: 150-200 (three sets along the day)
Warm down: 5 minutes
First week: 3 days of 7 (trained Monday, Wednesday and Freida)
Second and third week: 4 days of 7 (2on/1off and 2on/2off)
Fourth week: (2on/1off, then every other day)
I do my jelqs at 20-30% of erection, putting more pressure on the sides of my penis (I read that this way you gain more length), palms down. Besides, I jelq at different speeds. My first 50 are of 3 seconds, with my hand in form of an inverted V. Then I change my grip, making a perfect OK sign with my hand, (my index attacks a lateral side of my penis)and do 40 or 50 more jelqs. After this I jelq to the sides, instead of out, and very fast for about 60 to 80 reps. Then I go back to the first type of jelq I mentioned, the amount depends on how I feel that day.
I think the most important is that I never jelq more than what I know it´s enough. For example, the days after rest, I train harder than the others. I try listening to my body signals, that´s why I always considered that 3on/1off or 5on/2off were a lot for me, at least in the beginning. I´ve also noticed than even half an hour after my routine, I can have a pretty good erection easily; and a lot of partial erections along the day. My morning wood is always there the next morning. Besides that, I just can say I feel a little “itching” or “tingling” in my penis after my routine, but I don´t know exactly how to describe it.
I´m 22, make exercise three times a week, drink lots of water, don´t smoke, don´t drink, and try to sleep at least 7 hours a day. I PE in the morning, as soon as I get up.
