Benefits of Heat in PE

I use IR lamp for girth work such as clamping and squeezes and I use a hot wet cloth for length work as it leaves the dick moist and hot and very pliable.

Now: NBPEL = 6.4 MSEG = 5.3 BEG = 5.75

Goals: NBPEL = 7.0 MSEG = 6.0

So I’m not the only one then, good to know. Im trying to cut down on masturbation but I might try doing it before a session next time. I have quite a prominent “cord” on top of my penis that there has been recent debate about and feel that it has always stopped me from getting any permanent length gains. The recommendation was to use a long stretch with weak force whilst under IR heat to target this chord primarily but like I said before, the semi is annoying!

Also does anyone Edge or balloon under IR heat? Might give that a try…

In all the medical research I have read, the only negative of staying under an IR lamp too long is possible heat sickness.

firegoat is fully RETIRED from Thundersplace.

All injuries happen from "too much", or "too much, too soon" or "doing the exercise incorrectly".

Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. The ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth. Basics.... firegoat roll How to use the Search button for best results

What are some of the consequences of heat sickness?

Can anyone recommend an inexpensive IR lamp to use? I looked around and they all cost $100 or more. Thanks.

No, I have one with stand. Only costed 30USD and it was one of the more expensive ones!

BPEL: 7.25"

HG: ~6.25" | MEG:6.25" | Low shaft EG:6.5" | BG: 7"

I sit in a hot bath and stretch in a home-made stretcher for half an hour at a time. I couldn`t imagine doing the amount and length of stretches without the heat from the bath.

How many watts bulb do you guys use for IR lamp?

I think 150 watt should work fine.

Google heatstroke. If you sit in front of a high wattage IR lamp for too long You may start to feel a little weak and weird. You will know that you don’t feel quite right and turn it off well before you suffer any negative consequences, I expect.

Got you. I use a heat pad anyways. Just gaining a little knowledge.

I’m having trouble understanding the parts I’d need to construct an IR Lamp set up. I’ve been looking at this since it’s 150W:

It seems like I’d need some kind of stand or enclosure for the lamp itself but I’m clueless as to where to get it or what exactly I’d need. Can anyone offer some advice?

That link is to a ceramic heat emitter. I bought one like that, but didn’t find it useful because it took a few minutes to warm up, and because no light is emitted, it was hard to see where the heat was going.

I use:

A globe like the one above heats up instantly.

That depends on how handy you are and what you want. If you want to build something yourself, pets shops that sell IR globes often sell fittings you can use. You just want to make sure the fittings are rated to take a 150w globe.

You can also buy Heat lamps that are rated to take up to a 250w globe like this .

I have seen guys here talk about a Phillips heat lamp setup, but I couldn’t find any of them for sale in my area.
