A really good warm up is to warm up the body from within. Warm up you metabolism and get a sweat going. This type of warm up is better and will last longer than just heat which can begin to cool the moment it is taken off. Of course what I am suggesting is much more involved but I am just throwing it out there as an idea for those who would like to try it. Good luck.
This approach will not raise the body above ‘body temperature’. It will also draw blood into the working muscles and away from the penis, hence the reason most people turtle after hard exercise.
Those of us who work in rehabilitation of muscle, joint, tendon and ligament injuries have used direct heating of collagenous tissues for years, because it works. Collagenous tissue stretches better when it is warmed.
Yes, you can make gains without heat, just as you can gain muscle without using anabolic steroids. But you can gain ‘penis’ faster with heat.
